“Excellent location with parking. The room was very stylish ,clean and comfortable. The best thing was the healthy breakfast which made us feel rejuvenated. Little bit of everything and they bring it to your bed!!! You have tea and coffee in the room and everything is organic. Highly recommend this hotel. Awesome!”

“Just returned from our third visit to Westfield Lodge, Oxhenhope near Haworth. A different apartment every time and every one was warm, cosy and welcoming with a well behaved TV and an abundance of hot water. Lovely location and totally dog friendly with walking paths over the moors leading in every direction. The Staff are always bright, cheery and helpful. Apart from the weather at times, we have yet to find a negative at these lodges. Thank you for another great visit, Margaret, Lynne and especially Ruby (Lakeland Terrier) who again gratefully received her gift back of boney biscuits.”

“Absolutely banging stay, had a lodge with a pool table/ slightly wonky as well as a dart board and hot tub! The entire weekend stay was great! My one and only gripe would be next to the pool table in lodge 8 there is a gap between the roof and the wall, cover this up please as if you come when we have in the winter playing pool/darts is very difficult without wanting to damage anything at least for the price we payed I would have expected this. Other than that absolutely fantastic. A lot of potential here.”

“All the staff we met was absolutely great, friendly and helpful. We never eat here other then breakfast which was delicious and a fair choice and we actually got to see the kitchen area and it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast service spot on. The room we had was clean and comfortable which is all you really need only niggle I had was TV in the room was tiny for the distance it's mounted to the top of the bed where you sit to watch it's not the best, but thats just for us.”

And I very much appreciated the soft fruit for breakfast kindly thought of due to a recent throat operation Perfect set up as you have totally your own space plus electric security gates which for me is a real safety plus…..see you again soon when up to vist my family…..”

“We have had a lovely stay at Wighill Manor lodges. Mel gave a warm and friendly welcome. We stayed in Willow, a one bedroom lodge for two nights. There was a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge with a remote control fire (the central heating meant we didn’t need to use the fire). The kitchen had tea, coffee, biscuits and milk provided and was well furnished with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and separate shower. The bedroom had ample storage space and was clean and comfortable. Due to the space we could have happily spent more time there. The hot tub was a nice addition and looked out on a picturesque field. We would recommend our stay and will definitely visit again.”

“Amazing location and everything we needed in our apartments. The apartments are beautifully decorated and the staff were so friendly with every enquiry we had. There was complimentary bottles of prosecco in each apartment which was such a lovely touch to my friends hen weekend. Such good value for a central and beautiful apartment. “Great Central location, decent happy hour offers in the bar, and the nicest Hotel food I've ever tried. Breakfast buffet had hot cooked, continental including smoked salmon and various cheeses, cereals, juices, and multiple different milk options. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.”

“Very convenient location in the wharf behind the train station if arriving by train - in fact from one side of the hotel you can see right into the tracks! I had a King room on canal side, extremely clean, quiet and a good bed. Shower has a small step and bathroom a normal door which has pros and cons. Could hear some corridor noise but not disturbing. Reception helpful. Solid breakfast, if not exceptional - good croissants and attentive service. Only caveat maybe on rooms on station side which perhaps could be noisier. Didn't have time to try Sky bar unfortunately. Overall, exceeded my expectations, would recommend.”

“Loved this place, room perfectly formed and everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, Adam helped us settle in and leah was just amazing every time we spoke! Definitely recommended. Oh please fix coffee machine though we enjoyed our complimentary coffee and croissant first day but couldn't get the next. Get a balcony room if you can, the pic is of the view.”

“Rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, hotel was quiet and the staff were really approachable and friendly and the breakfast was good. The main reason for feedback is because we didn’t realise (as we were travelling to a different destination and hadn’t unpacked) we had left a teddy our son had had since birth until they rang and asked if we had left something. We offered to collect it on our way back in a few days but they offered to post it out to us, we feel this was going above and beyond as we didn’t expect to even be notified of leaving something. Our son was so happy and we’re so grateful. Thank you!”

“Quick check-in, staff was kind, caring, helped me with my Uber order when they were an hour late. Helpful calling for rides for other guests. Bed was comfortable, had 2 different pillows, one form and other soft, amenities were present . This is a warm welcome after a long day of travel!”

“We had our wedding here at the end of October 2024, it was absolutely amazing Marcus made the whole run up to the wedding seem effortless, he took care of everything and took all the stress from it. Marcus and his team made the whole day perfect we couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. The home cooked food was outstanding, we will be going back for a few meals. “I had a lovely stay at The Grange Lodge in York. The location is perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short walk from the heart of the city. It was the ideal base for exploring York’s historic streets. What really stood out, though, was the room service: consistently prompt, thoughtful, and delivered with a genuine warmth that made the experience feel truly welcoming. It’s the kind of place that strikes the right balance between comfort and convenience. I’d be very happy to return on a future visit.”

“Lovely hotel, last visited 6 years ago and still as good as it was the last time. Great vibe and ambiance, my room - a Club - was very large, extremely clean, and comfortable. Nice little touches like four Nespresso pods, fancy tea, nice biscuits and a couple of Ferraro Rochers. Beds incredibly comfortable, couldn’t hear any noise at all, and black out curtains kept out the light! It was my birthday stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for two free cocktails in the hotel bar. The bartender was fab, environment was great - 10/10 all round for the stay and would def come back. Price/performance ratio excellent.”

“Honestly never expected the room to be this good and spotless. Room is neat, cozy, good colour combo, spacious with all the necessities. It felt like brand new room. Location is also good. I give a solid 10/10. And yes breakfast is well worth the money too.”

“We use the Leeds East hotel regularly but our visit this weekend was a really great experience. Young man on reception was very welcoming and professional. A special mention to the lady who put some treats in my daughters room as she heard it was my granddaughters 2nd birthday. What a lovely touch. And finally the lady in the breakfast room who was so lovely with my young granddaughters giving them a chocolate biscuit and a balloon each. This service was really welcomed so thankyou all and apologies I didn’t get names of the people who really made a difference.”

“Amazing service and luxurious rooms. Would visit again in the future. They give a welcome present (wine). Towels provided. Good location, near city centre. Very clean. Leeds Advo Hostel is very good.”

“Stayed here with family for two nights at weekend in November. Excellent stay. Fantastic quiet location but within easy reach of everything. Fabulous staff and service with a smile. Only small complaint was WiFi wasn’t the best - we have teenagers!”

“Haven't stayed in a bedroom here but had a great works Xmas do last Friday. Food was lovely and service was friendly. The DJ additionally played some very good music. Free parking after 18:00 round the corner on Sweet Street which feels safe enough especially as I have an older vehicle. Those who stayed over reported a positive experience with the rooms, the blackout curtains being a godsend on Saturday morning.”

“Stayed a couple of weeks ago and loved it. The location is super just next to trinity centre. The hotel is modern and the rooms are absolutely spotless. Please thank the housekeeping staff. We had exec lounge added to booking and it was well worth it. Lovely evening food and super drinks. Great value when you think of city prices. A lovely staff member cleared tables but chatted to all customers on what their plans were. But what made this so special was that Natasha on front desk remembered our room preference and remembered our names and had the biggest smile ever!! What amazing service and it really made our whole weekend! Thank you Natasha! Ps the breakfast is absolutely amazing too! Best hotel in Leeds by a country mile! David and Alison”

“Good premier inn. Staff are great. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Shame parking is now chargeable, even for disabled customers. Bathroom a bit sweaty sock smelling. The TV reception needs looking at as the BBC channels were not available when I arrived. Used auto tuning option and found them, but the were breaking up and pixilated.”

“I stayed here for my first ever trip overseas, and this is my first time booking into a hotel. Amazing experience. At this hotel. Originally got there at 9 am and I thought I could check in early. Because my flight came in at 8. And I thought I could check in early. The reception said i can’t check in yet it’s too early but she held my suitcase and kept it safe for me when I went outside and explored Leeds city centre. I came back when I was closer to my time the chicken. I got my suitcase and checked into my room. .It’s a good hotel room nice and spacious. It’s exactly like an apartment you have everything you need like a microwave washing machine dishwasher stuffed top pots and pans etc. and they even give you dishwashing liquid. I know really beautiful of you. the bed was like the most comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I also did enjoy the croissants and coffee in the morning in the reception. Those very nice not to have to buy breakfast every morning,. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe staying at this hotel. So I recommend coming here. You are very close to the city centre like a 17 minute walk if you don’t want to walk you can also take the bus that’s only a minute walk from the hotel. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel if I come back to Leeds.”

“Stayed hear for a night whilst visiting to watch a concert. Arena is right on the doorstep. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but managed a sneak peek through the door and looks great. Will definitely stay here again”
