   What a stunning place. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought had gone into the décor — everything is beautifully put together and feels instantly welcoming. The apartment itself is huge, with so many lovely little touches that make it feel special rather than just another stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a gorgeous added treat — perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, always happy to help without ever feeling intrusive. It really added to the whole experience. The location is great too, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

   cameron was a very welcoming reception who showed us around our room and said he would be there to accommodate any needs we had. the room was very spacious and luxury. the hot tub was amazing and reallly adds a nice touch to your stay

   Great service from cameron! We stopped in little John, we got some complementary beers for my partners birthday. Room was stunning! Complimentary cheeseboard in the fridge for when we arrived and m&ms, would 1000% stop again, Cameron really made our stay memorable.

The apartment itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect blend of luxury and home-like warmth. Every detail felt thoughtfully put together, making the stay both relaxing and memorable. A special mention must go to the receptionist, who truly made the experience stand out. They were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their helpful attitude and friendly approach made everything effortless, whether it was check-in, recommendations, or answering questions. It’s rare to meet someone who elevates a stay simply through excellent service, but they certainly did.

   We stayed here for a girls’ night and honestly had the best time! The rooms are amazing super clean, stylish, and so comfy. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and little touches, it just felt really special. The beds were so cozy, and everything was spotless.

   Myself and girlfriend stayed in the Liberty apartment for just 1 night and wished we could have stayed for more! What an amazing experience. All of the staff are so lovely and very helpful, the room was so clean with all the facilities you'd need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub area is completely enclosed and private so there are no worries of anybody looking in and you're provided with soft robes for the ultimate spa experience. 100% recommend it for anyone and will definitely be coming back in the future, thank you The Bells! :)

   We’ve just come back from our stay at The Bells, we stayed in Santa Maria. The lobby was breathtaking as it was all decorated for Valentine’s Day, this was a really nice touch. We done our booking directly through Charlie who was exceptional and made our stay 10/10. The room it self was amazing, we are already planning our next trip back. Amazing location walking distance from town centre. 100% recommend once you stay here you won’t want to stay anywhere else!!

   Words cannot even begin to describe how incredible my experience in the Lutine Suite was. I arrived to a bath running with rose petals, personalised Christmas crackers for all the guests and a lovely birthday gift from The Bells team. A huge thank you to Charlie who made us feel so welcome and looked after. You could really tell that he had put so much thought and effort into creating a beautifully bespoke experience - high end, yet homely and comforting. I will certainly be back! Highly recommend!

   100% the best place to stay in Leeds!! I have had the pleasure of trying out most of these beautiful apartments and never a disappointment! All staff are great and can not do enough for you and a added bonus they are dog friendly! Perfection from start to finish with complimentary fizz on arrival, stunning views of Leeds Minster from most apartments perfect for a romantic night away or sharing a good time with friends!
