I have stayed here 3 times now and it is genuinely a great hotel. Good value - clean, comfortable and well located. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Plus rooms are a bit better if you want to relax in your room but standard is fine too. Top choice for overnight stays in Leeds.

You know what you're getting from a Premier Inn in terms of the room and this is super close to the station. I stayed here as a coeliac and Tracey and the breakfast team were wonderful. They cooked me fresh gluten-free breakfast items and took real care over cross contamination. Best experience I have had at a Premier Inn- thank you!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the water pressure and temperature were good. But the highlight of the stay was the staff. We had a couple of gore unrelated issues and the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to provide us with incredible service and help. Additionally they accommodated one of our party who is gluten and dairy free. The premier inn tends to have a standardised experience and it’s not a bad one but our stay at Whitehall road really was taken to the next level by the staff. Their general attitude I also feel deserves a mention, most hospitality will maintain smiles but you can tell it’s forced their like that because that’s how management has told them to behave. Either the staff here are incredible actors or they’re actually happy welcoming people, which made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, hotel was quiet and the staff were really approachable and friendly and the breakfast was good. The main reason for feedback is because we didn’t realise (as we were travelling to a different destination and hadn’t unpacked) we had left a teddy our son had had since birth until they rang and asked if we had left something. We offered to collect it on our way back in a few days but they offered to post it out to us, we feel this was going above and beyond as we didn’t expect to even be notified of leaving something. Our son was so happy and we’re so grateful. Thank you!

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station and in the city centre. Also close to the canal to enjoy some quieter walks. The premier plus bedroom was very spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable and the bathroom clean and nice. The shower had great pressure and it was new. Nice desk and chair to work, in case needed, even though you need to pay extra for the premium WiFi that annoyingly disconnects. It comes with an iron and ironing table, as well as, a coffee machine.

It was an overnight stay as I was meeting some friends near tobthe Hotel in Leeds. I couldn't really fault the stay other than I had to go to reception to ask for a towel. I had a good night's sleep in a comfy bed. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

I can honestly say this is the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in (and I have stayed in a few) I am a wheelchair user and the room and facilities were second to non. On booking an accessible room I had a choice of a room with a wet room style bathroom, or one with a lowered bath. I went for the one with a wet room as I am not able to use a bath, but I imagine that would be a good option for those with slightly more mobility than me. I stayed on my own, as I was there for a work trip. I was easily able to access the room, there were 2 decently sized lifts that took me up to the floor and from there it was really easy to get to the disabled room, plenty of space to manoeuvre my wheelchair and let myself in. The room itself was a really good size, especially considering it was only £66 for the night. The bed was also lower than other places, which made it really easy for me to transfer. Everything was clean with the room having a nice ‘cosy’ feel, despite its large size. The staff were all extremely lovely and were very happy to help when I needed it. I didn’t have the breakfast as I was rushing out to the work event, but it seemed like the standard price and quality of premier inn restaurants, which are always great. The hotel itself is very central, which is fantastic for disabled people. Not far from the train station, so easy enough to get yourself and your luggage to the hotel without any difficulty. I did venture out to the shop a bit later in the evening, but felt very safe in the area as a whole - just a normal city vibe to be honest. Although, whilst in the hotel room it is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to go back soon as a mini ‘holiday’ so I can relax and enjoy the area and hotel a bit more. I would definitely 100% recommend for disabled and non disabled guests, looking to go to Leeds.
