Iβve been stay at this hotel each month for the past few years. The hotel is in a convenient place for where I need to work. The breakfast is good apart from the coffee which is terrible! Iβve asked the hotel staff if I could have the coffee from the bar instead and only one of them have obliged thus far. The reception staff are nice but the staff at the breakfast service are quite unhelpful often doing their own thing and you do have to often try hard to get their attention before they will attend to you. The mattress in the room could be better. I prefer the Novotel, the Hilton City Leeds and the Premier Inn for a good nights sleep compared to this one as the mattress is a lot more comfortable. However, the location of this hotel is nice. It is along the canal so good for morning walk and also close to restaurants, the train station and wellington place; hence convenient.

Amazing location for the train station, it sits just behind it and is within a 5 minute walk of it. By the canal, rooms nice and clean, staff very friendly. Full English as well as a Continental breakfast available. Reasonably priced too. They offer a drop off service for your bag if you arrive before they are ready to check you in. Will definitely be back in Leeds and at this hotel in the future.

Sadly whilst I have given this hotel four stars both my wife and I were disappointed with the Sky Bar and the Lock Bar. On arrival check in was swift and the reception staff courteous. However, we were informed that we only had half an hour in the Sky Bar as it was booked in its entirety for a private party. At no time a tall were we informed about this prior to arrival. This was particularly disappointing as we had planned to meet friends in there. The wine on offer in both bars needs reviewed as it wasnβt to the standard and quality expected despite paying a hugely inflated price per glass. Also the glasses were very poor quality and I would suggest they be replaced. As a suggestion look at IKEA style wine glasses. On our second night we met our friends in the Lock Bar only to find multiple screens showing football with a very noisy table of males whoβs volume and indeed language was inconsiderate. None of the staff were willing to control this so we left. On the plus side. The rooms are spacious and the bed superbly comfortable however hanging and drawer space was limited which might benefit from review. Overall a comfortable stay albeit I wouldnβt choose to stay here again.

Very convenient location in the wharf behind the train station if arriving by train - in fact from one side of the hotel you can see right into the tracks! I had a King room on canal side, extremely clean, quiet and a good bed. Shower has a small step and bathroom a normal door which has pros and cons. Could hear some corridor noise but not disturbing. Reception helpful. Solid breakfast, if not exceptional - good croissants and attentive service. Only caveat maybe on rooms on station side which perhaps could be noisier. Didn't have time to try Sky bar unfortunately. Overall, exceeded my expectations, would recommend.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The room was a standard queen, not too big, but very comfortable. There was some train noise, but it wasn't a major issue and didn't disturb my sleep. The receptionist was wonderful and very welcoming, and the warm cookie at check-in was a great touch! I only had breakfast at the restaurant, but it was a good standard, all-you-can-eat buffet, with the quality you would expect from a Hilton. A real highlight was the Sky Bar. It's a really cool spot that offers some great cocktails, and the outside area has brilliant views of the Leeds skyline. The location is really handy for a one-night stopover. It's right by the train station, making it super convenient. It's also a short walk to the city centre and a manageable 40-minute walk from Elland Road.

It was ok, but not at the standard we expected for the Hilton name. The positives: Location was excellent. Well positioned to everything you might want to get to in Leeds. Staff were very friendly. We had a king room and the bed was really comfortable. It was clean. The downsides: it was pricey for something that outside of the reception area, felt on par with a Premier Inn. Everything was very dated. The carpets were bunched and worn, in places they looked dirty. The curtains in our room were slashed horizontally which was strange. The skincare products felt really cheap. It just felt mediocre. We expected more class and at least some style for a hotel chain like this.

Great location within 5 minutes walking distance from the Leeds Train Station. Brilliant customer service and lovely spacious rooms. The breakfast menu options is up there with some of the best I've had.

**Would highly recommend this place!! Stayed here Saturday till today Monday & Was an amazing stay, Staff was very welcoming especially the young lady on arrival was very friendly who checked me in no problem! Also got a free Cookieβ¦ Was my first time staying here would will certainly be coming back. Room was spectacularly clean with a room overlooking the railway which was nice. Again would highly recommend this Hilton hotel as it is right next door to leeds train station. An amazing hotel even if itβs for the night because of a cancelled train or something. Thank you Hilton for having me :)

Room is basic (as expected) with comfy bed and lovely view on canalside. Loved the modern rooftop bar. Reception staff was great, very helpful with room issues. If business brings me back, I will stay again.

It was going nice and exciting till the fire alarms began to buzz. It was well handled by everyone including the staff. They ensured everyone was out of the building and safe, everything was checked out and we were able to go back in. The room is okay. The prices are reasonable.
