   Ignore all other reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked a room on the 23rd April 2025. Arrived to the hotel and the door was locked. Banged on, messaged, called, received nothing from the hotel on how to gain entry. Was in Leeds by myself far away from home and arrived at 8.30pm. Hung around for half an hour - nothing. Recorded myself trying to gain access so I could then complain to booking.com and receive a refund, as I had to book another hotel last minute at an extortionate extra cost. Then went on to complain to booking.com the following day. Who said they could offer me a refund but they had to get in touch with the hotel first to ensure I didn’t stay there. Didn’t hear anything back. I have chased booking.com up at least 10 times over the last 8 months, and each time they’ve said Briggate Hotel will not communicate, or leave a voicemail to provide information to them that I did not stay there. I have tried to communicate myself with brigade hotel for the last 8 months also, you will either get no response on any social media, email or phone call. Save your money and just book somewhere else. Not worth the risk.

   Really nice stay. The room was big enough and very clean. The bathroom and shower was nice. It is a bit noisy at night (due to the bar downstairs) but that did not bother me as I slept really well. You are provided with ear plugs if you prefer.

   This was such a fun place to stay whilst in Leeds for a night out. Really friendly welcome at check in, the room was really fun, the petals on the bed were a great idea and don't so well. The room have everything you needed. The noise from the train line wasn't a bother at all. But the earplugs were a nice touch for the music from downstairs. Location brilliant and had a great night in the viaduct.

   Arrived slightly early and the man behind the desk was really kind and let us place our bags behind the bar until check in. The rooms and hotel as a whole were really clean. The room was tidy when we got in and when we needed extra toilet paper and towels the cleaning staff were really helpful and prompt. It’s also significantly quieter than I excepted with it being so close to the train station (I live near a train line) and above the bar below.

   stayed for 3 nights and all staff were very polite towards me. They helped me out to find different places and nice restaurants to go and eat at. They have beautiful rooms and i 100% would come and stay again great place to go for a weekend off shopping.

   Such a cute little hotel! The rooms are so nicely decorated, me and my partner loved it and would recommend to anyone and definitely will be returning if we come back to Leeds, it is a little noisy with a club being close by but we didn’t struggle to sleep either nights and the hotel supplied ear plugs to help block out the noise. A good little spot and worth the money. It’s in a amazing location too, close by to everything. Thankyou!

   Not one to complain normally , hardly ever leave reviews especially not bad ones. Not the hotels fault but don’t stay here if u want to get any amount of sleep, I think myself and parter got about 3 hours sleep due to the loads clubs and bars. I cut my food when walking barefoot into the bathroom due to tiles being loose. The bathroom door just didn’t exist, the heater on the wall looked like a blind man installed it.

   Stayed at this hotel on a last min stay. I was a bit anxious at 1st with reading the reviews about the noise. But to ge honest it was not that bad as it was a Tuesday. But they don't hide this fact in hotel description so people can clearly see before they book. The room was modern and clean. Staff were welcoming and friendly. T
