   Comfortable stay. Great location, very handy for shops, cafés, pubs. Staff were great, special shout out to the warm, welcoming, extremely helpful Sabrina at check in - if she's not a manager, she should be! Good views over Leeds, including of the stadium from my 7th floor room. Warm, comfortable and clean room. Tv, kettle, hairdryer, towels, toiletries, wardrobe and hangers, car parking, incl disabled bays. The car park is off the main road and up the slope on the right. There seemed to be plenty of parking when I visited. Recommended and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Headingley, Leeds.

   Stayed here for work for last 3 weeks, not had a decent meal! Firstly, Soggy fish and chips. Ordered natchos to have Sour cream missing as they didnt have any but didnt tell me. Tried again to order 2 weeks later the festive "pulled turkey" but was given chopped up bits of dry turkey sprinkled over the warmed up natchos that I sent back and was re served. MELTED brie burger was a big chunk of bree on a flat processed burger, couldnt be more appetising if i dropped it on the floor. Not a single hairnet in sight between the 'chefs' either. Lovely server who said the chefs were new however he was cooking to spec of how premier inn advise them. She comped me a coffee but that doesnt make up for the disappointment of the horrific food being served. I wont be staying at this hotel again. Premier plus room smelled of heavy smoke

   Fantastic hotel, lady on reception couldn't do enough to help us, breakfast was good as well, only disappointed with evening meal, microwave food and not warm or very nice, definitely stay again just would go out for evening meal.

   Self check in. Room next to extract fan chamber, every noisy, staff member refused to change another room. Promised to be quiet after 2130 when kitchen stop cooking which was not the case. Speechless about kettle, hand wash, bath towel…

   Just what you need for a short city stay. Good roof car park with easy access to the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean with a big bed and quiet. Right in the middle of Headingley. I didn't take breakfast but it looked fine.

   Very much enjoyed spending an evening here. The bedroom was surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was beautiful - I'd like my own bathroom to look like this! Great having a carpark on site with easy access to the building. The breakfast was advertised as unlimited, but the trays of cooked food was slow being replenished - only one staff behind the hot food bar at breakfast time?!? ...but we'd definitely come back here again. Comfortable place to rest after a celilah dance in Leeds!

   If I could give Rachel, Kimberly, Tom and all the others pay rises I would. The staff simply went above and beyond to accommodate us for a few days after recovering from surgery at Spire. The hotel is clean and well kept, staff are friendly, approachable and accommodating. Honestly I didn't expect it. Great selection of high quality food and fair prices.

   We had a over night stay, greated by Tom who was extremely professional along with being very polite, the room was spotless and very well presented. At breakfast greated by a bubbly young lady who also made us very welcome, they had a fantastic choice for breakfast. overall a great experience with a very positive vibe. Well done.

   I stayed here with my family last week. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed everybody at this premier Inn was absolutely lovely. The beds were very comfy, the food was good and the room (804) was quiet, spacious and very clean. Also, Holly on the morning reception team couldn’t have have done more to help us and anyone else who approached her. She should be a manager!
