The room was spotless and quite spacy. There isn't huge amounts of shelves and hanging space for your clothes. The bathroom was very spacy and clean, with a nice sized tub. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little cold but it was late December.

Stayed hear for a night whilst visiting to watch a concert. Arena is right on the doorstep. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but managed a sneak peek through the door and looks great. Will definitely stay here again

We stayed here for a night in a Premier Plus room, after going to the arena for a night of comedy. The hotel is ideally placed directly across the road from the arena & about a 10min walk from trinity shopping centre. The room was clean and well presented. There are plenty of plug sockets & usb a ports located in the hotel, and next to the bedside on both sides. The room had 2 comfy chairs, and big comfy bed which premier inn are renowned for, the bathroom was huge, with a walk in shower & toilet with funky purple lights. There is of course a coffee machine & a fridge which is handy for keeping drinks cool. There are blackout curtains too, which cover the window and don't let any light in which is lovely for a good night's sleep. All in all a good night's stay. The restaurant is currently under construction/refurbishment. I'm not sure they are serving breakfast currently.

Exactly what I expect from Premier Inn, Consistent, Clean and affordable. I opted for one of thr premium rooms on Floor 8 as never upgraded before, it was well worth the extra £10 for the extra room and a decent coffee from the machine. Hotel is next door to a Subway which was handy when we were falling out of a taxi. Great staff, thank you for making our weekend great.

Nice budget hotel right next to the Arena. Very handy. Close to pubs, restaurants and takeaway. Not the cheapest but it depends what you want it for. We had a convention at the Arena so it was excellent. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. We had breakfast and that was ok. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Spent two nights here recently (March 2023) and I was completely satisfied. The rooms are very well equipped and spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly. I found the prices very reasonable too, highly recommended place to stay at if you plan to visit Leeds. The only thing I could mention as a negative is that it is very easy to hear what is going on in the neighboring rooms, however the costumers were all very polite too.

Stayed the night, got to reception and our room wasn't ready, they also stayed it wasn't the right room. So took 30 minutes to allocate us a new room. When we finally got into the room, we only had 1 towel. We went back down to the reception to inform them and have a quick drink in the bar. The woman in the reception was pretty rude and started complaining the there was only 2 of them!. We went to the bar and nobody on site to serve us, so I guess the poor woman was having to do both! The room we was in was absolutely freezing and the heating only went up to 24. We ended up going to bed fully clothed to keep warm an by the following morning the room was finally cold, rather than freezing. We booked breakfast, and got down at a reasonable time. However half of the ingredients for the breakfast were missing (bacon, eggs, black pudding, coffee) and didn't come out, while we were there.

Stayed here as it was a convenient location for our work Christmas do. The room had a great view as was on the top floor and was very large. The rooms did feel a little tired for a hotel that is relatively new. There was quite a large queue at check in which was quite annoying with only one person at the desk. Apart from that it was fine.

Ideal for the first direct Arena. Room was OK. Automatic self check-in did not work correctly. Breakfast was a joke, a proper shambles. There was not enough space then we came back later and were told there was a rush on causing a lack of food available. Seating was variable from sofas, armchairs, stools, high seats, benches and chairs. Tables ranged from coffee tables, breakfast bars, and anything in-between with proper dining tables. My advice would be to book AND request a proper dining table and chairs.

Really good location for the direct arena visitors. It is also convenient for the city visitors as it is five minutes walk from the most visited attractions. Room service is good too, it was easy to check in and check out. Their breakfast was ok and I won’t try it it again. Cleanness is excellent as well.
