December '25 stay. Parking is charged at £5 per 24 hrs of your stay. A single payment machine is located outside the door. Unfortunately, the keyboard is not that responsive so be prepared to double check everything you type and take the parking charge into account when comparing hotels. Our room had two faulty bulbs. The bulbs were taken to reception. No spare bulbs in the hotel, so the staff decided it was easier to change our room. Unfortunately, they took our key card for the first room, so we had to repack in the dark. The bathroom fans used in this hotel are the noisiest I've ever come across. This was the case in both rooms. Worth isolating using the switch outside the room for overnight visits. Wouldn’t stay again. Room was clean enough, although the bed sheet didn’t fit our bed. Handy location for the Elland Road stadium; about a 20 minute walk. Only one towel between two of us in a triple room. The single hand towel had a large tear. This is our worst Premier Inn stay in many years of using their hotels.

Booked in here so that hubby could attend the Leeds v Liverpool game. Absolutely superb service from the staff. In all my years of travelling I have never had such excellent service. Food was great too.

We don't normally use this Premier inn but we did as our normal one was full. I would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and very quiet. . We ate in the restaurant due to it's location and the food was delicious, hot and service was brilliant. We would use here again.

Good premier inn. Staff are great. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Shame parking is now chargeable, even for disabled customers. Bathroom a bit sweaty sock smelling. The TV reception needs looking at as the BBC channels were not available when I arrived. Used auto tuning option and found them, but the were breaking up and pixilated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Service from Sarah and Ben – The Heart of Premier Inn! I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I experienced from Sarah and Ben during my recent stay at Premier Inn deserves more than just 5 stars – they deserve a standing ovation. From the moment we arrived, both Sarah and Ben were running the show – managing the bar, restaurant, and reception all at once with professionalism, efficiency, and incredible warmth. The hotel was busy, but you’d never know it from the way they kept everything calm and seamless. Not once did they look flustered – instead, every interaction came with a genuine smile, friendly chat, and the kind of can-do attitude that you rarely see even in luxury hotels. It’s honestly hard to describe how exceptional they were. Think of the most well-oiled hospitality machine you’ve ever seen – now add personality, grace under pressure, and the kind of attentiveness that makes you feel like a VIP. That’s Sarah and Ben. Their ability to juggle multiple roles without missing a beat was jaw-dropping – greeting new guests at check-in, mixing drinks behind the bar, delivering food to tables, and even sorting out billing queries, all without a single slip. They worked relentlessly, yet still made time for every guest. I’ve genuinely never seen two people run an entire front-of-house operation with such finesse and heart. The food was great too – fresh, hot, and tasty – but it was the service that elevated the whole experience. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels, boutique B&Bs, international chains – and not one has come close to the service I received here. Sarah and Ben are not just staff members – they are Premier Inn’s greatest asset and a shining example of what hospitality should be. Would I come back? Absolutely. In fact, I’d go out of my way to stay again, just to be served by this amazing duo. Give them a raise, give them awards – they’ve set the bar sky-high.

The food is excellent, all fresh and hand made. service with friendly smiling staff is unbeatable. Lots of free parking in a convenient location with good security. A clean comfortable room with a TV, kettle and on suite. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place

Comfortable room, easy to park and lovely staff. This would have been 5 stars except for the evening meal which seemed to be the bottom of the pile food. Steak was full of fat and gristle, pretty inedible and the chips, obviously last few in the bag. Such a shame because everything else was great

The great thing about this place is the staff. They are brilliant. Happy, friendly and totally customer focused. Room would be better if it had at least one armchair to sit on, preferably two. There is enough space, I think. Bed very comfortable and the room very clean with adjustable heating. Location is good for football, but nowhere to walk out to in the evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for trip to watch rugby at nearby Elland Road. Very clean rooms. Only downside was noise from the room above. Woken on a number of occasions by the resident constantly stomping around throughout the night. Would definitely stay again.
