“First visit to this large restaurant on Whitehall Road; at the foot of that tower that’s had so many problems with the cladding. Now scaffolding free, it made me notice this place afresh. Inside the restaurant is bright and airy, white walls and marble floors. There’s a nice vibe in here of an evening. Chill yet traditional. You sense the meal will be good. Nice big menu with lots of choice. Pizza, pasta and steak. Also fish. Opted for the venison wellington; I love venison and it sounded like a dish that would be rich and hearty. Not wrong, a beautiful (and big) portion of perfectly pink venison in a light and flaky crust. Wow, could eat that all day. So very rich with a hearty sauce, turnip to the side. I wish more places would use game. The chef here clearly knows his meat. Excellent. The steak must be fantastic. Reasonably priced as well. The beer was Moretti; as it should be when it isn’t Peroni. Definitely recommend giving this place a try next time you’re in town. They do specials too, so a chance at finding something unexpected and intriguing on the menu. Always welcome. Two paws up. Well done.”

“Had a fabulous meal at Mykonos. It's a long time since since we have had Greek food, either in Greece or the UK, and we were excited to try it. The moussaka and lamb kleftiko did not disappoint! Delicious desserts, great atmosphere and very efficient and welcoming staff. We're sorry we're only staying for one night in Harrogate as we would definitely make this a regular choice of restaurant.”

“Was excited to come here after enjoying a couple of meals at Empire Cafe. I might have actually enjoyed the meal here more! Some particular highlights were the homemade black pudding, cold cut smoked beef, sausage roll and BBQ carrots. Service was very fast, and staff were relaxed and friendly. Only warning would be that some of the larger plates were very large (think schnitzel bigger than your face), so bring someone hungry to share with!”

“Nice bar with amazing atmosphere, there's been some great events with some legendary Djs and Mcs. Doesn't feel like you're in Nelson, it's actually better then any bar in Burnley. They always have good offers on. Overall nice friendly place with decent staff.”

“I stopped at Two Sisters for lunch. There’s lots of seating available and the place has a lovely vibe. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the halloumi toastie. It arrived quickly and was just as described. Delicious! I’d definitely come back if I visit Skipton again.”
