What a great venue that couldn’t do enough to ensure our function was perfect. Food was outstanding and prices were fair
My partner and I went here today for Sunday dinner. The staff were amazing and very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious - Superb Sunday roast! The area is just beautiful and we will definitely be going there again.
Just spent an idyllic 2-3 hours sat in the beer garden of this little gem on this glorious Sunday afternoon! The food was absolutely delicious - couldn't fault anything - and the staff were all lovely. I had roast beef Sunday dinner which was absolutely to die for, my husband had steak pie and our daughter had fish and chips - their empty plates indicate their food was also delicious! Will DEFINITELY be going again!
Called in for the special on Thursday as it was steak night...two steak dinners and a bottle of wine for £40...food was outstanding and staff that make you so welcome ...can't wait to return...
What a fantastic find this little restaurant is! The service is outstanding and the staff make you feel right at home. The food is delicious and very appealing to the eye! An overall amazing experience and we will definitely be returning!
Nice little pub on a caravan park good food nice people only downside it closes seven on a Sunday and doesn’t open Monday and Tuesday would highly recommend
As we cycled past yesterday on our bikes we popped in to look at the menu, saw the tasty food and decided to go back to eat after our bike ride. Whilst there Stephen was super friendly and kind enough to supply us with more water (and ice)for our journey. We went back in the evening and had just settled ourselves at the table in the sunshine when the weather changed. Linda said unfortunately they were unable to accommodate us inside the restaurant as they were fully booked however she said we could sit in the conservatory at the back. I was disappointed as we love eating outdoors and I said I'd spotted a little wooden covered structure in the beer garden at the back and said could we sit in there. She said it wasn't cleaned out as yet but as we went round the back to our delight Stephen and Jake were sweeping it out and disinfecting the tables for us!!! Talk about making us feel welcome!! Our meals were absolutely delish and the service by all three including Tom the chef were second to none! Sadly we didn't have enough time for pudding or to stay for the quiz. Another time!!!
Friendly welcome Great hosts.very dog friendly, fantastic Sunday dinner Yorkshire puddings to die for ,even our English bulldog (Buddy)had beef and a Yorkshire.1st class meal reasonably priced .Would recommend.
