This is a really lovely place to have in Wakefield, the food was good and they put on music and events which is brilliant. Lovely atmosphere inside and two tier garden outside so it is always in the sun. The only thing I would note is prices, I paid £7 for a bagel to take out and still felt quite get hungry - as I was taking out I didn’t get any crisps/coleslaw sides with it which I think you get if you are eating in. I think this is just too expensive and will put me off being able to go often, whereas it might become a regular if it was a bit cheaper!

This is a lovely little place with plenty of seating, inside and out. The food was very nice and the own Adrian is so lovely and welcoming. The jazz music playing in the background is fab and they had a few toys for the kids to play with. The best thing for me is that they have really thought about the gluten free options. It’s very clean and tidy too.

Delicious bagels and excellent coffee. The place is a very comfy. Sitting upstairs on the sofas is lovely and the outdoor seating in the summer is great. I would highly recommend a visit if you like bagels or coffee.

I wanted a quiet spot to grab some food and a coffee from before doing a morning shop in Wakefield and saw this place a few weeks back. They don't advertise a lot so it's very low key but what a gem it is. I was able to relax and have a beautiful north star coffee (filter only which is perfectly fine!) And a beautiful sausage and egg bagel. Amazing spot, the lady who served me was super friendly too. Will be back.

My wife and I visited here for lunch today. Brie and cranberry bagel (left out the bacon as I’m a vegetarian!) was very nice. My wife had the New York Classic - smoked salmon and cream cheese - she said it was also very nice. Many thanks for an enjoyable and relaxing lunch with jazz music in the background.

Popped in for the first time. We fell lucky as there was a pianist playing upstairs which was very enjoyable. Nice that the coffee is served in a cafetière. We had a whole grain bagel with cream cheese and it was served with coleslaw and a small portion of vegetable crisps on the side. The chap who served us (who I assume was the owner) had a pleasant demeanour and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Will certainly revisit.
