“Had a fabulous meal at Mykonos. It's a long time since since we have had Greek food, either in Greece or the UK, and we were excited to try it. The moussaka and lamb kleftiko did not disappoint! Delicious desserts, great atmosphere and very efficient and welcoming staff. We're sorry we're only staying for one night in Harrogate as we would definitely make this a regular choice of restaurant.”

The steak, cooked to a juicy medium as requested, was tender and seasoned flawlessly. A huge shout-out to the server Brad! He was attentive without being intrusive, recommended the perfect dishes, and checked in just enough to ensure everything was perfect. “Excellent quality food and fantastic service. All the meats were excellent and the staff kept bringing more. There’s a pleasant self-service salad/buffet bar too. It was basically empty on our afternoon visit so we got excellent personal service and everything cooked specifically for us. The minted lamb was my personal favourite. We will be back.”

“Had a lovely meal from the lunch menu. Chose Chicken Skewers to start, Fish and Chips and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding. All food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyed! Forgot to photograph pudding but it was lush. Service very good and surroundings in restaurant pleasant.”

“Some of the best food I've had. All meats were cooked to perfection. Layout of the building is very nice and spacious for the big tables. They also have pool tables on site to unwind . Only negative was the other side of bar wasn't open but I will definitely be back .”

“Great little bar, plenty of ale and cider on draught so there’s lots of choice. Books with history on ale and different pubs all over the country. Great place to be in. Pricing is pretty good, there’s loads of seating and outdoor seating also for in the sun. The windows all unfold so that there’s a lovely brea3 through there during summer, with it being in the shade it’s nice and cool. Toilets are clean and industrial style with copper door handles. I love the design of the whole place.”

“Best meal I’ve had in a while with the customisable Toad in the Hole! Atmosphere is stunning and is positioned in a quieter part of lively York. I went with the Welsh dragon sausage (homemade) which took my breath away. Gravy was delicious and paired with red cabbage for freshness. The whole meal was as comforting even in the heat wave as advertised! Would love to come back”

“The best smash burger I’ve had in Leeds, possibly the best I’ve had in the UK. The patty and bun were served to perfection, nothing I would change. Hot fiery is the one I got and I’ll be coming back for more cos whatever sauce they put on this burger left me craving for another one, or maybe two! Make sure you get the firecracker sauce to compliment the fries/other sides you get, you will NOT regret it. Also I did a collection order through their website and got 15% off, can’t go wrong”

Soon as a walked in the guys where amazing and great open space with big screens for sports and could tell was a real buzz around the place , then we looked at the menu and the wing platter was the one we chose absolutely incredible and 3kg platter of wings was a proper topper so yes job well done”

“I visit a lot of Sizzling pubs and so far this has been the best. Only visited for the first time on 24th October 2025. From the moment you walked in you could feel the warmth. A great friendly greeting from the landlady's husband and shown to our pre booked table. Ordering was easy. The starters came out fairly quickly and was hot. After a short wait between courses the mains came and they were very hot. Unlike many pubs they hadn't spent ages under a lamp. The gammon and pork chop was cooked perfectly. I would recommend this Sizzling pub to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable visit”
