“Always a fantastic steak experience. Tried the Wagyu Ribeye at this visit, (Nov 2025), which was excellent. While the service has always been great at each visit in the past, we found this visit to be exceptional. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable service from our Steak Expert Martina was 5star+.”

“A brilliant steak place that is completely under rated. Never heard of it before so when I went and tried it, I wasn’t expecting too much. It was so good! The chateaubriand had a delicious beefy flavour. The vibes inside are still casual so you don’t feel like you need to get all dressed up like nearly every other steak spot. The bon bons were a firm fave for the starter. I didn’t think the mac & cheese, or the garlic mushrooms were worth £6 each so I would steer clear of these as sides! The sticky toffee pudding sundae was out of this world… two delicious desserts combined!”

“The staff went above and beyond, assisted me with decorations and had a vegan diet with no coriander and a group of 13 adults, they did amazing, the food was amazing, drinks. “Lovely restaurant in the heart of Kilsyth, now with a new, decent value meal deal on weekdays. Good food at a good price. Best to reserve a table at popular times. Staff are polite, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is also dog friendly and has a doggie menu.”

“I live this place. basment moody atmosphere with amazing tunes. Had the burgers here before and they are outstanding. I had to try the pizza completely different from almost anywhere. And not did not disappoint it was amazing as we're the cheesy chips. Do yourself a favour get down here and try this food out. Not fancy but definitely outstanding.”

“Surprisingly great pub food for Glasgow. Nothing like your normal Wethersoons/Hungry Horse, the burger here had an amazing crisp bun on it and tased so fresh. I also had a slice of the sticky toffee pudding which was very delicious and well presented. It was order at the bar, however the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, bring the food to the table and checking in that everything was good. The atmosphere was pretty quiet tonight as there was nothing on, however they have a board at the door that was full of things like Poker Night and sports events. I'll definitely be back and would throughly recommend a visit.”

“Loved this place! We are here after our afternoon in Glasgow. We had the steak pie and it was delicious! It was a yummy roast beef in a gravy sauce with a puff pastry topper, then some peas and carrots on the side. The place itself is really cute, and they had even cuter bathrooms lol. The bar wall is end to end different bottles of whiskey and bourbon, so great if you're into that. They also make other drinks and have some beers on tap. If I ever came back to Glasgow I would eat here again!”

“Visited here whilst away with work, Fantastic food. Really good atmosphere, very well priced and has decent beer on offer which is rare in Scotland ;) I took on the Van winkles Bucking hell burger and often with these challenges the meal is bland, It only has size to offer but this was actually an enjoyable eat! I didn't finish the chips but did the burger ok! Definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to go back when I'm next in Glasgow.”

“We came for a 1 night stay due to work. This hotel has a luxurious ambient vibe as soon as you walk through the door. The attention to detail is fantastic. We dined in the bar and grill and the staff were fantastic. Every single staff member we encountered from the reception to bar to dining were fantastic. The room itself (super king) was spacious comfortable and clean. The decor was very nice. Our meal in the bar and grill was outstanding so compliments to the chef. The rump roast beef was one of the best roast beef dinners I've ever had. I have gone out of my way to write this review because the staff deserve it and nowadays with money being tight across the board people want to great service and this is what we were given. Will be returning and recommending to all friends and family”

“Had a lovely lunch in here on Nov 5th. Fantastic value for money. Two of us got three courses and a soft drink each for 21 pound. The price does not mean poor quality however; the food was delicious. Highly reccomend.”

“An absolutely amazing experience within a gem of gaming facility. The gaming floor is open plan and lots of different area to sit and chill or have meal and get back down to playing on the machines. The staff are very friendly from coming into the reception to going upstairs to meet the staff on the gaming floor. It is well worth a visit especially if your looking to have special night out.”

The food tasted as good as it looked and vegetables were perfectly cooked. The food and drinks were priced adequately, and everything came under 50 pounds. I would recommend visiting this place. “Just returned from my daughter’s 21st which we had in the function room. lovely intimate space with nice decor and a well stocked bar. The buffet was fresh and plentiful and enjoyed by all. The staff in this place were incredible. From the moment we arrived to set up and decorate the room they could not have been more friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother inc offering us a cuppa while we set up and letting two hungry teens order food from the restaurant menu. Thanks to Shauna, Karen (I think) and our fab barman for the night (sorry didn’t get your name). All our guests commented on how nice it was and how they’d be back to try out the restaurant. Don’t hesitate to book here for functions - brilliant!!”
