“Very good service and the food was really nice. I have to admit the prices for soft drinks are on the higher side. Would be good if the management offered more competitive pricing for drinks besides that I really can't fault it. Meat was cooked lovely, warm. Very fresh and succulent. Loved the complimentary bread. I'd defo come again!”

“Our first time lunching at the Butcher’s Tap & Grill in Marlow and we were impressed! Dropped in for lunch on Sunday. I had the Korean barbecue Chicken burger w/ Parmesan Truffle fries (w/ a pot of smoked Garlic mayo) and my wife ordered the Sunday Roast Pork belly. She is a Sunday Roast connoisseur and said that this was hands down one of the best Roast Pork she’s ever had. The whole Sunday Roast is almost stuffed into a humongous Yorkshire Pudding! Total “show stopper”…and it’s a proper thick cut roll of roast pork belly with amazing crackling (& all trimmings ie- roast potatoes, carrots, creamed cabbage & apple sauce w/ extra gravy!) My chicken burger was pretty impressive too but I’ll admit I was battling a bad case of food envy looking at my wife’s plate! The fries were completely snowed under a blanket of Parmesan shavings and a super rich truffle mayo! Wow! For drinks we had a bottle of Brewdog IPA and Pimms’. Our total bill for 2 was just under £60. We recently moved into the area and are just 10mins drive away…can’t wait to return! Highly recommended. The customer service was lovely too.”

“A nicely located pub just in the heart of Prospect Park. The place has plenty of free parking (don’t forget to register at check in). The menu is quite ‘suculent’ with lots of options and nicely cooked food (not a fish ‘n’ chip bar). The view is great over the park with a quiet ambiance. You can have salad as much as you like which is a vegan’s paradise. Waiting time for taking the order is a bit long but quite polite so doesn’t feel rushed in any way. Book and enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with family, friends or just on your own.”

“Another visit and delighted to see the venue has had a complete refit. Much lighter thought out and a more airy feel. Very welcoming. The tikka sea bass was gorgeous(I pinched a bit from my fellow diner) and my skewered chicken was very tasty accompanied but a very refreshing ginger ale and mint mocktail. All in all a lovely meal.”

Jasmine looked after us and she was brilliant - she took our rather annoying, picky order with a massive smile, and the food arrived perfectly. “Best Kebab in Wokingham! Food was delivered fast and hot. The portion sizes are huge; me and my partner ordered a mixed kebab each, with proper chip shop chips and chicken wings. The food was super tasty! We called to add on extra sauces and that wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely recommend and we will defo be ordering again! Yum!!!”

“Stopped here for a pint a couple of times... Great pub garden, lots of seating and nicely set out. Tables and sunshades are plentiful, and there are big and small tables, private areas and loads of character. Drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. Also plenty of parking and food looked delicious!”

“The Duke is a fantastic venue for a party. We held an 18th birthday party in the marquee at the back of the pub and the landlord and his staff pulled out all the stops to make it a fantastic night. The party lighting in the marquee was spot on, drinks were ordered and delivered on demand into the marquee, the Chinese buffet was great, and there was a cocktail bar just outside the marquee. This is indeed Marlow’s hidden gem!”
