The food here is absolutely incredible. I had the steak frites, which were cooked to perfection, and also tried the pie from someone else at the table. it was amazing. Special mention has to go to the red cabbage (the best I’ve ever had) and the rich, delicious gravy. I loved it so much I ordered a portion for my steak frites! The staff are attentive, kind, and welcoming. Elliot in particular is lovely, you can really tell he cares about the pub and the people in it. The atmosphere on Friday was wonderful, and the garden is such a great space. I can already imagine how perfect it will be in summer. Can’t wait to come back!
Lovely pub on the river. Great food, good beer, friendly and attentive staff, and a brilliant location. Our group spent the afternoon and the evening enjoying this beautiful and friendly Pub. There’s a good selection of drinks, our meals were fresh, tasty and good value and we felt well looked after. Highly recommend!
Had the best day here for a friend’s get-together! The pub garden was really nice—felt private and got great sun. The pub is right by the river. The food? UNREAL. Still thinking about those honey mustard sausages—insanely good. Ciabattas, calamari, and chicken wings were also DELICIOUS! Big shoutout to Elliot, Ella, and the whole team—everyone was so lovely. Thanks for an incredible time! Will definitely be back!!
Had such a lovely time here! We sat out in the garden which is the perfect spot on a sunny day. We loved the choice the menu had to offer. The ciabatta sandwiches and small plates are a huge hit and great value (order the honey mustard sausages, thank me later). Elliot and the team are a class act and bring a load of energy and character to the place. Will definitely be back!

Lovely pub, great Sunday lunch on Mother's day too. We hadn't booked but they managed to feeds us. Perfect roast lunch all round. Thank you all so much.
Had an amazing roast beef lunch, (walk-in at Noon) crispy potatoes, lovely veg, side of cauliflower cheese (unexpected), not stingy on the gravy, tender beef, perfectly cooked pink, friendly staff, great value, highly recommend, definitely my new go to for Sunday roast in Henley. Traditional pub atmosphere, lovely lunch!
Popped in for an early dinner on Friday evening. Great service and food to match. We ate from the Specials menu, ribs for one and venison for two. Both were excellent. Happy to recommend it.
Great pub right one the river with two separate outside areas. One for dining and one for drinking. Good selection of beers, friendly staff and dig friendly.
