“Wild and Rust is a gem of a store found in Duke Street in Henley-on-Thames. Stocked with wonderful range of unique and wherever possible locally plus ethically sourced products including oils, hand and body creams, diffusers, scented candles, a dried flower station and many unusual plants not normally found on the high-street. Staffed by a highly knowledgeable team who are always eager to assist and make insightful recommendations - I highly recommend a visit if you are in town.”

“Popped in as it was recommended to us and we were greeted by 2 lovely members of staff, chose our table by the fire and ordered drinks and small plates. Everything came quickly, my cocktail was yummy, hubby was won over because his come came in a bottle. Our food was absolutely gorgeous and being by the fire watching the world go by was just perfect”

“It is rare I don't manage to finish an English Breakfast. But I must admit my defeat, as the portion at Spoon Cafe is twice as big as normal. And it's good quality too! Also tried their Eggs Royale, very generous as well. And took some of their flapjacks takeaway.”

The cafe itself is located very central on this nice little English town. @tmosphere is as always cool, very French feel and people sit near to each other but still there is some tables that can be separated from others. “I recently noticed that this store opened so decided to visit it. The pizza is very good value (£5.99 for a medium pizza or £7.99 for a large pizza - 2 toppings). In my opinion, it tastes better than Domino's. I would definitely recommend going here as it's cheap and tastes great!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful meal at Spice Merchant in Henley. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed — perfect for both a casual lunchtime and a special occasion. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of authentic flavors. Every dish tasted fresh and perfectly spiced, especially the winter warmers ,chicken tikka biryani. The naan was soft and fluffy, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the cooking and the service here. Easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending it to friends and family!”

“I reviewed The Plough a couple of months ago and said my wife and I would be coming back, and last night we did. I had the fish and chips again to see if it was as good as I remembered...and it was - so congratulations. My wife had curried pumpkin soup, well seasoned and now on her social media posts as she is a bit of a soup nut. She followed that with the risotto. I bookended my fish and chips with slow cooked ox cheek (very nice). Don't get confused when you see this at £18, it is a starter size, but everymouthful a gem, and Baked Alaska for dessert, which was probably the star of the evening. The service here is great, everyone friendly but also on top of their game. We'll be back!”
