Had a wonderful stay at here, great location, nice hotel, special shoutout to Joyla from the front desk who was very helpful with my requests and was just very pleasant to speak to. Will definitely return back!

Stayed for two nights for a family christmas get together. I have to say other than not having an elevator which is handy for luggage, it was hard to fault. The staff couldnt have been nicer and the food quality and bar service were excellent. I will stay here again.

Had so much potential but let down. Called ahead and Mentioned it was a friends birthday. Β£42.95 for a bottle of Prosecco seemed steep, Iβm surprised nothing is offered for birthdays especially with a group booking. The staff then Tried to charge the birthday girl on check in (i warned them she had booked and I would pay) this ruined the nice surprise we hoped to achieve. I paid on check out and the birthday girl has since been emailed a few days later chasing payment for the Prosecco! So now she knows the cost too and had to ask her friends if it had been paid (which it had) Parking was unavailable during our stay so we had to park at the train station which is also not cheap, no reimbursement there. Room was heated to 27 degrees. I love a cosy room but I felt like a lobster entering the pot! We were unable to open the windows so the room remained hot and stuffy even with air con.

I stayed here for 3 nights in total between moving homes! Lovely area, I didnβt want to leave! Beautiful design throughout, amazing food and wine. The customer service on the bar was great, especially as we had a three year old :)

Hotel du Vin is a truly lovely place to stay when visiting Henley-on-Thames. It is in a quaint historic building near the heart of City Center and a stoneβs throw from River Thames. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Svetlana went above and beyond to ensure my stay went smoothly. I had a classic room which was clean, spacious and charming. The bed was ultra comfortable and rain shower made bathing a pleasure. The hotel is situated near numerous shops, restaurants and drinking establishments. Parking is a bit if a challenge, but manageable if one does not mind a bit of walking. I highly recommend Hotel du VIN and will stay there the next time I visit Henley.

Mixed experience. Booked a suite which seemed nice enough. However the little basics were off. There was no shampoo or shower gel for the large shower. Then when tried to call reception the phone in the room did not work. I googled the hotel number and called on my mobile and there was no answer after two minutes. Looks nice but just missing the basics that youβd expect for the price

Absolutely love this hotel. The rooms have great character and are very individual. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and well designed. It had a beautiful roll top bath and walk in shower. The design was open plan with a separate adjoining bedroom and sitting room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was nice. It's well located for Henley town centre and near the Thames. Def worth a visit.

Absolutely incredible stay here for our anniversary. Staff were welcoming, food was great. We had 3 course dinner, breakfast and stayed in the deluxe room. Great location as it is right by river thames, and we are excited to venture to their other hotels across England. 100% will be staying again.

Great hotel and dog friendly. The room was cool. What let it down was having breakfast with the dog in a room off the main room with people delivering stuff to the bar etc. they should do a proper dog area or just not have dogs. Breakfast food was good quality. In response to the owner, what you might call superior is not how I would see it. The snug was not superior sadly and as I said people were delivering things to the bar and going past my table up a ramp. I personally felt like I was a second class guest sitting there. Maybe it was just me.

Great location, service was largely good but there was a wedding which, limited some of the outside space available (no advanced warning of this). Sadly a bit of an attitude from the staff member asking us to move. Wine choice is currently ok but I don't think it has returned to pre Covid levels this chain used to stock. Food isn't served particularly late but they are happy for you to order from Deliveroo/Uber. Breakfast service and food was excellent. Our bedroom was very spacious and comfortable however, the bathroom smelled like the water hadn't been run in months, it did clear after running all taps (in fairness we didn't complain at the time as it was so late in the day and just wanted to sleep). The room also had a feature wall that reminded me of the Saw film, an interesting choice. I wouldn't be put off staying again if I was in the area but I would look around at options as the overall experience doesn't match the premium price tag.
