   My favorite Costa in Reading. Very spacious with comfortable seating, plenty of parking too but most importantly, this cafe offers outstanding customer service. Staff are so kind,helpful and polite.

   I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the tea I was served by Georgia today. It was handed to me in a takeaway cup instead of a proper mug, which really took away from the experience. Tea just doesn’t taste the same when it’s in a disposable cup—it doesn’t stay hot, and it feels rushed. I would have appreciated a little more attention to detail, especially when I asked for a proper mug . A proper mug would’ve made a big difference in enjoying my drink. Is 3rd time when I had this experience here and apparently the staff is really uninterested about the service provided.. Hopefully a lady manager helped me with a glass...

   This is always great place to stop over with a free car park. And the huge perk is the cinema which is there. This Costa is great with so many options available, vegan milk . . Coconut, soya, almond . . Gingerbread nut cracker hot chocolate with vegan cream was simply delicious.

   One of the best Costa locations. Great selection of food and drinks. Very friendly atmosphere thanks to staff working there. I really like that place. Changing my review after my last visit on 16th of September 2023. I am the customer who is visiting this location frequently about 3 times a week. I was shocked after visiting this location this weekend after refurbishment has been done. It's not Costa anymore. This place looks like warehouse canteen where most important is to put as many people inside as possible. This place has no longer that great Costa Coffee Spirit. You don't feel that warm welcome atmosphere after walking in anymore there. The team working there, the quality of products and service are top, one of the highest I ever seen. But you don't feel that it's Costa Coffee anymore. It's my personal opinion.

   Costa is very expensive with 3 rises in there cost of coffee which is Luke warm most of the time, sorry too many gossiping woman in the cafe part now sometimes you cannot hear yourselves talk the gossiping sounds like a flock of Louis geese very boring and loud

   Showcase is great but I wouldn’t rush to sit in the Costa area again. The Costa staff were not cleaning the tables but instead were just standing around waiting for customers to enter. I entered on a fairly quiet day, I stayed for over a hour, not many customers but plenty of staff. You’re better off going to Lower Earley’s cleaner Costa. If you go to Showcase Costa you may have to clean a table and chairs before sitting down.

   Costa coffee has lowered their standards big time. Staff are either untrained or got no work ethics..paid for a mocca and ended up having a hot milk....
