Extremely helpful service. I was cycling in the area when I noticed I had lost the nut connecting a mudguard to the wheel. I stopped at the shop on the off-chance they could help. Within 5 minutes, the missing nut had been replaced perfectly at no cost. The team were very friendly and responsive.
I was support crew this weekend for a cycling tour and one of our riders’ rear derailleurs hanger snapped clean. This was an issue that could have cut short the experience for our participant. But we called Simon to explain and he welcomed us in his shop. He managed to find a stopgap solution that was good enough to get the rider back on her bike. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing them in the area!
Stopped in Athlete Service in the middle of a long ride after a friend’s cleat broke. Rob was incredibly friendly and helpful, and broke one of his few remaining packs of pedals to replace said cleat. Great selection of brands and products in store; if I lived in Henley I would be delighted to have this as my local bike shop!
What a fantastic find! This is exactly what every LBS should be. 2 very knowledgeable and very friendly guys who offered me some great advice on what I needed and what would suit me rather than what was the most expensive or what was in stock. Good range of products and excellent product knowledge. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will be my one “and only” stop shop from now on.
Great service. Friendly advice. Fast turnaround. A hard to identify tech issue was exhaustively investigated, tested and fixed while I waited. I highly recommend.
Be aware the opening times on google and on their shop window signs are wrong/ a lie (have just updated google hours now to reflect the right times) even though it says it’s open on sundays (and therefore made a special effort to go see them) they are actually CLOSED......Don’t mind if they are closed on a Sunday and they say they are closed but their shop sign says clearly open and thus misleading.
