Fantastic service. Quick to reply with a quote for puncture. They spotted an issue with the front break at handover and corrected this free of charge. They also realigned the handlebar grip which took some skill or strength! A couple of loose bolts were also sorted for free too. Repairs done in a day. They also supplied a receipt via email after I had forgotten this at collection. I'd recommend 100% based on my experience and great to see an independent bike store still going after all these years. The above is proof as to why.

I recently purchased a bike from this shop and wanted to share my experience. We brought in my daughter’s old bike to confirm it was too small, which they did check, but when trying out new bikes the advice felt quite vague. The staff didn’t seem very confident in helping choose the right size — we tried three different sizes and were told they all “seemed alright” without much explanation. I was also surprised that there was no mention of a part-exchange option, especially as we were buying a new bike from them. When I asked later about selling the old one, they refused to buy it. While the shop had a decent selection, I felt more guidance and clear information from the staff would have made the purchase feel more tailored and helpful.
I asked Berkshire Cycles to carry out a major service on my Fuji road bike a few months ago including replacing chainsaw, derailleur and gear cables. U was pleased with the service and the result but a few days ago the gear cables became detached. I took it into to Berkshire cycles and they repaired it on the spot at no charge. This is excellent service from cycle enyusiasts that deserve a big thank you Keep up the good work guys!!

Popped into the shop to ask a question about a problem with my bike. They knew the problem straight away. They were very busy but said bring the bike in and we'll see what we can do. I was in no hurry so I said I'll pick up in two days to make it easier for them. A few hours later they phoned and the bike was fixed. It was as good as new ,a fantastic job. They were so helpful ,friendly ,professional and a bit of banter chucked in for good measure.. Will always use the woodley shop and highly recommend. Thank you.
I took my Dolan Road Bike here a few times and the team Paul and Toby are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had my service done yesterday and Paul explained to me an important issue that need to be addressed ASAP, as well as how the Shimano trim function works!! Also, each time I left my bike, the work was completed with the highest quality and in the shortest amount of time possible, indicating a truly professional team. I'm glad it's closer to my house for my bikes' regular maintenance. I am in good hands:)
