   I came here two years ago to buy a mountain bike before going abroad. I had a deadline of about three hours to buy a bike and the guys at this shop were so super helpful about getting me sorted. I needed a new seat post, handlebars shortened and I needed a bike case. They went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I had my bike ready to go and packed up in time for me to travel. From what I remember, they gave me a pretty good deal on the bike case and didn't charge for any of the work done. So lovely friendly and helpful people who just love the sport. Only leaving a review now cause I've just figured out how to do that.

   Super bike shop, excellent customer service! Paul was great from my first phone call enquiry through to finalising the sale and making sure that the surprise Christmas present bike was looked after and with me at the perfect time. Thanks to Brad for waiting right up to closing time on Christmas Eve. Much appreciated. My son loves the Whyte bike! And got the huge surprise I was hoping for! Not only have I already recommended Mountain Trax to friends and family I will definitely be taking our bikes to Paul for long term maintenance and will be checking back in for future bike purchases. Their selection of bikes and gear is top-notch, and their workshop services are outstanding. Whether it’s a tune-up or a big repair, they handle it with care and precision.    I Visited Mountain Trax a few months ago whilst looking at the purchase of an electric mountain bike. After initially spending time with one of the employees and have a test ride I was settled on the purchase of a Scott Full Suspension ebike. Returning to the shop a few days later to finalise the purchase the Owner Paul spent time ensuring that the bike was the correct size and the associated accessories such as a helmet suitable as well. Needing to organise a cyclescheme voucher the Owner Paul reserved the bike for me whilst I organised this. Arriving to pick up the bike every effort was made to ensure that I left the store elated with the purchase and comfortable with a good understanding on the bike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the shop, its staff and Paul himself on ensuring that customer service, product knowledge and genuine care is at the highest level. One very satisfied Customer (who visited a number of other retailers first).

   Great advice and help. I was looking for a new bike and wasn't sure what I wanted, Chris and the team let be borrow some bikes, they took the time to set each one up for me and gave some great advice. Bought a Whyte Bike from them and it is fantastic. I can't recommend highly enough the value of trying the bikes before you buy.    This bike shop is well worth the detour if you are not local. Top draw sales and after service of both my mountain bikes and road bikes. Great selection of demo bikes and close to swinley to give them a good test drive. Painlessly sorted out a Sram warranty issue.
