We visited the Bracknell store to have our two sons measured for new bikes. The staff could not have been more helpful from sizing the boys to trying out different bikes and then ordering them in store. They helped size the helmets and choose their accessories and made the whole process as smooth and stress free as possible.
Booked to get a headlight changed at 9am. We got there 5 mins early, somebody greeted us and the bulb was changed all before it hit 9am! Absolutely brilliant service and very convenient, would definitely recommend!
Halfords replaced my headlight bulbs at the start of the year and I was gutted when they went again. I popped back into Halfords Bracknell on my way home to get them fixed. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty and I was entitled to a free replacement. They said the extra bright bulbs I had fitted originally may be the issue for the short life span, and offered long life bulbs as a replacement fitted for free. The guys I spoke to were friendly, helpful and highly competent. Within minutes I was on the road with lights working and singing their phrases. Don't worry about spending a fortune at main dealers, get yourself down to Halfords, Bracknell.
I needed sidelight bulbs changed on my car. I received excellent, service by the chap who did the job - and of course wasn't charged for the fitting (which would usually be £20) because I am a Club member. It is always a pleasure to visit the store, thank you.
I went to Halfords in Bracknell just before Xmas, was extremely busy but the staff were very quick and helpful. “ Phil” was fitting a new bulb for me in a queue which was about 10 people deep. He got the job done quick and easy. Would recommend Halfords for quick and easy motoring needs.
Went in this morning for a bike service and puncture repair. Initially I wasn't sure where to go but asked at the pick-up and go desk and a guy came and carried my bike upstairs for me - bonus! My bike was serviced by Jack and he was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and chatted to me about any improvements needed. I was really impressed with the level of service. Thanks again to Jack on the bike service department.
Excellent all round service. The correct parts were identified, and good advice as to my options was given. Two new headlight bulbs and a new car battery fitted in a matter of minutes. They clearly knew what they were doing and inspired confidence. Excellent price for the lot, representing good value for money.
Took my car for its MOT. Was told there was a problem with the head gasket and that it'd be a big job. My car is old and I was ready to scrap it and buy a new one. Luckily I went for a second opinion and they spotted an obvious leak. It cost £50 to fix and £40 for the MOT. Go to Halfords for you bikes and bits but take your car to a proper garage. I nearly scrapped a perfectly good car because of inexperienced mechanics.
