They told me that there was a 1 year warranty and I was entitled to a free replacement. They said the extra bright bulbs I had fitted originally may be the issue for the short life span, and offered long life bulbs as a replacement fitted for free. The guys I spoke to were friendly, helpful and highly competent. Within minutes I was on the road with lights working and singing their phrases. “I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.”
