“We took one of our Ford Transit custom vans for diagnosis and repair as it was experiencing vibration at speed. We called on a Friday and they found us an appointment on Saturday. Other garages had failed to diagnose the problem correctly and had recommended other major works like changing clutch, but the Halfords technicians were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem same day (drive shaft). “Turned up unannounced to have the air con in my Audi A3 re-gassed. All done and tested within the hour and charged £40 odd. A bit disappointed that an email I had sent them enquiring about this type of service a few days before had gone ignored and they didn’t seem too bothered about it when I mentioned it. Overall a good service with the air conditioning at a very reasonable price.”
