   Came in to PRE ORDER A caliper 2 weeks in advance for my sportage so the part would definitely be available for when the garage did the work, person serving in euro car parts said the part will be saved under my regeneration, ( I checked this twice with him) 2 weeks later took my car into the garage to have the caliper fitted and my garage said euro car parts are out of stock and would have to order it in, so clearly he didn't do his job correctly. this really put me out and messed me around and I had to pay for a taxi because it was going to be there most of the day.. so more money again !! Maybe euro car parts in Gorseinon should employ people who can do their job properly and the incompetent person behind the counter!!! Absolutely ridiculous I won't be using them again!!

   Service is always slow when in store, you know you’ll be sacrificing an hour of your time if there’s any more than 1 person in front of you. Loads of staff at the back and yet only 1 person is at the till no matter how busy and is as fast as can be expected from a sloth Rarely ever get an answer when phoning in I am writing this review as I await an answer on my 15th call

   Always one person serving even if 10 people are queuing, whilst 8 employees are laughing and joking in the back room. Be prepared to wait a very long time!!!! Another 30 minute waiting to be served again! Avoid!

   Good range of stock, good prices. Although your better off paying online, and collecting in store, as shop can't match online price's. Friendly staff, good parts system they have access to, usually fast and accurate. Only downside is, usually only one person serving, if there's a queue out the door, you'd better pack a flask and sandwiches.

   Purchased an RTX starter motor and the solenoid stuck on permanently after 5-10 minutes at idle. removed the signal wire, it stayed on at extreme speed and noise. Had to quickly disconnect my battery whilst as it got red hot and began smoking. Had I not run my vehicle for 10 minutes prior, driving to work the next day I would of found myself dancing with death. My vehicle would be burnt to a crisp. A gentle few taps with a hammer on the solenoid fixed it. I won't be trusting such an inferior part. I expect a free bosch unit and one sincere apology or this review stands, I may even take legal action.
