Been taking our family cars here for both MOT and servicing/repairs for years and they have been fantastic every time. Really friendly & helpful, I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Gorseinon tyre and service centre is in our opinion thr most proffesional clean and welcoming car centre we have ever visited, myself, my wife and family and freinds frequently use this garage, their prices are very reasonable, the work is top class and extremely reliable, everytging is explained to a very understanding level, Davo the mot tester is so efficent and will explain any issues with your car if there is any, Louise and Jon in the office are incredibly kind proffesional ensuring maximum customer service, take your vehicles there and you wont be dissapointed..thank you everyone at the Gorseinon tyre and service centre.
What a smashing team of people. Helpful, skilled and affordable. They took my car, done it's tyres right good, and then released me into the wild in a quick and efficient manner. I would definitely bring my wheels here again if they needed their tyres doing. They even offered helpful tips on how to increase the life of my tyres. Thanks, gang.

Very disappointed with the service. I brought my car in clearly stating that all it needed was a replacement rubber exhaust hanger. Instead of replacing just the rubber (which costs only a few pounds), the garage replaced the entire bracket and hanger without calling me to approve the extra work. They claimed the part alone cost £40, but I found the same one online for £20. On top of that, they charged over £40 for just 30 minutes of work. To make matters worse, the bracket doesn't even appear to be properly aligned, as you can see in the photos. It looks like a universal fitting held in place with a strap — not a quality or professional finish. Poor communication, no price transparency, and questionable workmanship. I wouldn’t recommend them.
Very poor show this morning. Took my car in to change a tyre, I had one in the garage after changing two last time. 6mm so partly worn. After leaving my car with them for an hour, phone call saying its their policy not to fit part worn tyres. But they've ordered a new one which will be in Monday. Talk about upselling, blatant profiteering, trying to sell me something I don't need. Went to collect the car, all the fitters standing around chatting, no customers, I wonder why? I will not go there again.
They were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived very early for my MOT but they fitted me in while the dog and I went for a walk. When we got back we could wait in reception until the car was ready. Definitely recommend
Partners Car needed Front Tyres at short notice,due to work commitment. Advised of Size needed,explained would be low mileage. Prompt reply over phone. All completed within 30 minutes,including my 10 minute drive to the Tyre Shop. Professional from start to finish. A Big Thank.
First class service as usual, got my car in at very short notice on a Friday, fixed the fault and got it back to me in well under 24 hours. Not the first time they have got my car in at short notice and exceeded expectations either. Thanks again everyone!
