   From the moment we walked into the showroom to picking up our new Mini Countryman, the service we received from Sytner and from Leon Jenkins in particular was outstanding. Every step in the processes of customising the vehicle, the purchase and the handover was clearly explained, and our requirements were carefully noted. As customers we felt valued and listened to. I would not hesitate to recommend Sytner Swansea Mini.

   Not impressed. Booked a check of charging issue messages in my mini EV. I have an extended warranty, and when I booked nothing was said about paying for any diagnostics. Really worried my EV would no longer charge so got an appointment asap. An hours drive to the showroom and only had about 50% charge left when I arrived. Took the whole day off as they couldn't give me a slot. When I arrived they said I might have to pay for the diagnostics if the fault found was not under warranty. If I had know this I would have paid an electrician at home to do some preliminary diagnostics. However, given that I was there, with the day off, and possibly not enough charge to get home if the issue persisted, I had no choice but to agree. Now I am being charged £120 FOR A NEW FUSE as it was apparently the charger that was at fault. An electrician could have found that at home, and I would have paid for this first had I been told about the possible costs. Under the Consumer Act 2015 they should have made diagnostic costs clear when I booked. Not when I arrived at the showroom with a tank half full and not sure if I could even charge it enough to get home. I asked for an external independent resolution. They looked nonplussed, not sure if they provide this. What a hassle. Why were they not clear when I booked. What a waste of time and money. Nice staff, but not happy with this.

   Can not recommend Alex on Customer Service enough. She was excellent today when I brought my recently purchased Mini Cooper E in for two new headlights under warranty. She even arranged a new electric Mini to drive around in while the work was carried out as it took a few hours. Returned to find my car spotless, repaired and fully charged. Thanks to the ‘Team’.

   AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Cardiff Sytner could learn a lot from Swansea Sytner. Cardiff branch very poor customer service. However Swansea Sytner were amazing. Tara and Paul, we're friendly professional, patient, knowledgeable, and we managed to come to a deal on a mini I really wanted. I have and will continue to recommend Swansea Sytner. I will be also be definitely buying again from them. Cardiff Sytner could learn a great deal from the Swansea branch. Thank you

   Had a very positive experience purchasing a new Mini Cooper Exclusive at Sytner Swansea. We were lucky to be helped throughout the whole purchase by Graham Dawson who was very friendly, approachable and professional. He made all the difference. The configurator was great also and upon placing our order a new Mini was built and delivered to showroom in around only 6 weeks. The car is excellent and the presentation flawless. I wish to say how pleased I am and again a big thank you to Graham.

   Great car, poor service Purchased a car and part ex’d my car which had remaining finance outstanding. 2 weeks after having the car my finance company were chasing me for my outstanding balance, I then had to chase mini to settle this 2 weeks after having my new car-which has now negatively affected my credit score. I haven’t once received an apology for the sales woman who was to blame, as she only wanted to rush a sale through without proper duty of care for the customer
