Had an electrical warning light appear on my Jag while in the area. Phoned them up and they were able to see me same day. Saw me soon after I arrived, diagnosed the fault in 10 minutes (faulty sensor - nothing to worry about) and sent me on my way - free of charge. Outstanding service.
Once again, fantastic service from Mistermatic. They've been looking after my XF 25d sportbrake for a few years now, and always had great service. This time, a cracked inlet manifold was diagnosed, and even though they were really busy, Josh went above & beyond , working all evening and most of the morning to get the new manifold fitted so I could get the car back on the road. No more warning lights, happy days, thanks again Mistermatic.
Top tier gentlemen (ladies included). I had an issue with my XF, took it to Mistermatic and they diagnosed the issue and tried to remedy it. Unfortunately my XF was too far gone and died on the shop floor during regeneration. From the moment I came into contact with the staff I was treated like a family member. The support and kindness I received during this troubling time was immense. I will never forget these kind and generous people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Great service, My discovery sport needed a new fuel filter due to developing a leak whilst in the area on holiday. got me a new filter and fitted it within 2 hours of calling them. JLR specialists as well.
If you have a Jaguar, Mistermatic is a very reliable garage to use.
I have used John and the team at Mistermatic on three occasions, I had an issue with brake disk judder on disks that they had fitted for me a year before, John rememberd they had done the work and they were immediately replaced at no cost, a breath of relief as a lot of garages would not honour to this degree. If I keep my 98 XJR, this is where it will go along with some cakes and biscuits. RECCOMENDED 100%
Went in with error message on my x type, he run diagnostic and said I’d need new knock sensor, he got the part and fitted it for a very reasonable price and everything was professionally handled from the lovey lady on reception to the extremely knowledgeable owner, it’s my go to garage going forward, I’ll be going back for any other issues
Phoned to book in our XF and was delighted when given the option to drop in the same day. On arrival the garage was stuffed with Jaguars being worked on however they attended to our car immediately, diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Cannot fault these guys and will be using them from now on for all our Jaguar needs. Thanks for making us feel welcome and for fitting us in around your booked jobs.
