    Awful customer service from both the young male behind the counter and the manager. I asked a question about something I was intending to buy, the young male said he didn't know anything about the product and proceeded to ignore me and went and served someone else who came to the counter. I asked him to get me a manager, thinking they would be able to help. So he came out and didn't know much about the product either, but what shocked me most was that didn't even apologised or aknowlegde how his colleague ignored me. So would I attempt to shop here again? Absolutely not. No wonder why everyone shops online these days, you get more interaction and better service from a chatter box!

    They Feed you up online with discounts online to get you to turn up,then by some amazing glitch in their system discount dosnt apply to that product you wanted,best avoided,better products cheaper from the smaller traders ,try zenith in brynmill

    I have used them for a variety of parts for different makes of car. They stock a huge range and can get most non stock items overnight. Prices are competitive and staff helpful. Ordering for collection online is easy using vehicle reg number

    I do not recommend it, every time I am in this store I hear that there are no parts, they will be tomorrow, I am coming tomorrow, I hear sorry they will be tomorrow because the driver did not arrive, the parts are available on the website and the store does not have them. it's good that they have oil for the engine because sometimes I have a shock that I'm not in the car shop but in a sandbox with children. It's like going to a bakery for bread and hearing please come tomorrow or after tomorrow. such a store may have my child. Level 1 to 10 is only 1. I have been going there for several years and I will not go there again
