    I’ve been coming to Wickes for years, but my recent visit really stood out thanks to Kiera. I was looking for paint and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail was excellent – she really listened to what I was after and gave clear, thoughtful advice to help me make the right choice. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much care and pride in helping customers, and it made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Kiera is a credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be coming back again knowing the service is this good.

    Absolutely awful service from the Manager Aaron and customer service chap at the till. Went in for a refund and waited at the customer service desk by the till. Grunted at by the customer service chap and ignored. When he did fi ally acknowledged us. He said we must join the queue that had now built up and pulled a sign out from under a load of rubbish which said join the queue, ask to speak to the manager and he was unapologetic and couldn't care less. Customer service is non existent at this store. We have shopped here for 18 yrs, never again. Your staff need basic training as they couldn't give a dam.

    0 stars (if possible!) I’ve visited this store multiple times over the past few months while redecorating, and the same issue persists—end aisles, especially around paints and testers, are regularly blocked by pallets or bins. It’s difficult and even unsafe to access the products. After 6–7 visits, I finally raised the concern, only to be told to shop elsewhere rather than offered any solution or assurance it would be addressed. Very poor customer service and a clear safety hazard.

    I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.

    Good shop, easy to park at. Easy to find what I'm looking for. Got lots of paint and testers. Lots of flooring to choose from and show rooms. Open on weekends. Always a pleasant experience.

    Bracknell is a large store and is as good as any! The Car park needs a good and regular sweeping though, screws and debris are commonplace....not good for tyres.... I have made many good purchases at this store with no issues and we use it a lot.

    I had a great young man serve me today in Wickes his name was Josh. He was very polite when he served me, and even carried my bag of post fix to my car and loaded it for me. You will go a long way in life young man. Thank you for helping an old man .

    And the saga continues ….. had an email response due to our first Trustpilot review below …… we gave them the information required (3rd time of doing so) and …… you guess it ….nothing. We are told Customer Service can not even contact their own Installation Managers to get them to correct the appalling workmanship….. The wait continues ….. be warned read the TrustPilot and Google reviews before you commit any money to Wicks (God, I wish we did) and good luck if you do….. Previous review posted on Trustpilot……. Spent £25k on a kitchen in March, started work in July and still not completed ..... Showroom Design Manager visited home to see the poor workmanship and unfinished areas, but has no authority to help nor can the Showroom Manager ( honest this is what they said ...happy to take the money though)!!!, Now pushed on the Customer Service team who acknowledge the issues from the reports and photos - but don't have any authority to do anything - Apparently its the Installation Mangers responsibility to sort out issues - no one else's .... but the Installation Manager doesn't respond to any emails or contact from customer service.... No one at Wicks will take any responsibility or ownership, no one rings back or gives us updates, everyone says there are issues to sort and promises they will do what they can - but we never get a call back and we simply have to start again with whoever answers the phone when we call every week !! .... Awful experience, Awful communication, Awful company .... £25K on a dream kitchen which is now a nightmare !!…..some of the photos below…..

    Normally a great shop, but arrived at 7:40pm to pick up some last minute supplies for a job it was shut, despite the sign on the outside of the door stating it closed at 8pm. Really disappointing they can't manage to keep to their publicised business hours
