“I waited 5 minutes for the shower water to turn on yet it never did, must be a problem with the pipes. I tried on what I thought was a 'mask' but soon realised the reason I couldn't see through it was because it was a knee pad. I stuck one of the plungers to the floor to test the 'suction' yet pulled it up extremely easily so I don't think it would work to well for a clogged toilet. Overall I had a great experience and the staff were lovely.”

“Me and my Dad were travelling from Edinburgh to Bracknell to do some landscaping work in my son’s garden and were having to complete the work within a tight timescale.
