It’s a one-stop shop for all home needs, from building materials to home furnishings. Variety of brands to choose from. Sadly, this place is getting closed, so hygiene isn’t greatly maintained which why rated 4 stars.

Great customer service by the two mature ladies who work I. customer service. They helped me to find three tins of paints I wanted. They really made me happy. Thank you! Shame about the tall fella who works in the paint section. He was the least bothered about my enquiry and made me feel a right idiot by telling me the paint I wanted didn’t exist. Nevertheless, there are some good people out there.

Exceptional customer service from Doug on visiting the store on Wednesday. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to talk me through my proposed bathroom modifications and provided me with much useful advice. I was so pleased I had decided to pop in on the spur of the moment. Thank you so much. .

I managed to get what I needed but was lucky to grab the last can of the gloss paint required. A good store with pleasant and helpful staff both on checkouts and assistants on shop floor.

Good choice of stuff as always can't fault products, but the service in this shop is always awful..never enough staff on tills always queues. When the staff do turn up like yesterday they were so grumpy not even an acknowledgement that they were serving us..however, if you look past the bad till staff it's a great shop.

Very few staff and took some time at checkout despite click and collect. But was able to get what I wanted.

Went to store to pickup outdoor broom. Turned left off Wokingham road. Slowed to enter property tight bend no warning and scratched my alloy wheels... Not happy. Bought broom, used once and it fell apart. Fuming

Went today to buy a fan. Huge stack of boxed fans on a crate with a display one on top priced at £35. Get to the till and it's £45. When I asked why they say £35 is for the smaller (out of stock) version. The rude floor manager (Nick) tells me they are clearly priced. The actual price is a small 3cm label on the bottom of the crate they are stacked on that you have to crouch to see. When I tell him it's misleading he doesn't even apologise but instead his response is "if you wanna buy it, buy it. If you don't, don't". He then puts the wrongly priced up fan back on the stack to mislead more customers. And this is a manager. Setting a really good example to the staff and encouraging repeat custom. If you need to make redundancies, here's a good candidate to start with because he's not doing your business any favours. And businesses wonder why people are shopping more and more online. THIS IS WHY!

Yet another large firm devoted to selling garden plants, power tools, barbecue cookers, furnishing & fittings, including electrical items. DIY items, kitchen & bathroom units, paints of various colours, etc. Prices are in the main reasonable. How anyone can fail to find the entrance to this store, ought to head straight for Specsavers in Princess Square!
