   Needed supplies and was served by a really helpful young lady Georgia, could not help me enough, the que was getting big and she was on her own but did a fantastic job on her own. One man infront of me shouted to the other workers because we could hear them talking but not helping this young lady. .hats off to her professionalism

   Had an amazing experience with Serena. She was very helpful and welcoming and took the time to assist me in finding all products that I was looking for and additional products that would work well alongside.    Was served by a lovely lady in the Bracknell store called Rhiannon who went out of her way to help get the product I needed for my husbands birthday. A young lad named drew also helped me to get this heavy product to my car. Amazing customer service all round.

   I cannot fault this store, I'm not a frequent flyer, but shop here every few months, but I had amazing customer service none the less! I believe Rob was the chap who looked after me today, and the chap that was in front of me. I could not fault his service at any point, even when we has a few problems with my contact details I would very likely suggest this was down to me wearing a mask. The man deserves a raise for his wonderful customer service, and bright hellos.

   Honestly, I love this place since started doing more DIY. The staff is helpful and always welcoming. Ordering online and picking up in store process is seamless, also has the most payment methods compared to other competitors. Orders are usually ready for collection within minutes! I just can't think of anything unpleasant about my experience with this branch. Keep it up!
