Used to be a great place where you could get everything and not be ripped off. I needed a small glue stick today and seeing £2.75 for a small, unbranded one, I decided to go elsewhere. I found a small Pritt stick in another shop for 75p. Tool Stop, you may have a wide array of items but you are ripping the local community off with your greedy prices. You should be ashamed.

Great find! So grateful to find the shop was open on Sunday. It really helped us out of a very difficult, situation, when a padlock broke and we required a replacement urgently to secure the premises. Thank you!

Very competitive prices actually cheaper than most. Great customer service from all the staff. Brought a load of draper air tools recently including a 200litre draper compressor showed them a price I could get it for and they beat it by £40 then purchased some air tools they had on the shelf and again they did me an incredible deal

Customers should be warned they will be plagued with daily screen 'Pop ups' should they place an order with this Company They even acknowledge their 'Pop ups' can be annoying... and off putting.( See their response in the lower half of this text) but persist in sending them - presumably their commercial interests are considered far ore important than those of customers and justify annoying many of their customers Yes of course we can click the X in the corner of the screen 'pop ups' and they disappear - and appear again the following day ... and the day after that ... and after that.....after that The below response chooses not to address the fact that some customers - by request - don't want them at all and request that you stop sending them or at least indicate how to block them. In the event you decide not to comply with either of these requests ( Its called customer service) A warning on your site would be useful as it would give prospective customers the option/inclination to shop elsewhere which would be a pity as service and products are good Hi Tony, many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. At the moment we have a number of promotions and deals ongoing because it is Black Friday/Cyber Monday Week. We use pop ups as a means of ensuring our customers see everything we have on offer. These pop ups can be cancelled by clicking on the "X" in the top corner and they will only show for a short time. Since reading your review I have made some small tweaks to these pop ups to hopefully minimise the "annoyance factor". We only use pop ups during very short windows within the year because we know that they can sometimes be off putting

A few weeks ago I discovered this place and gave it a great review. Today I visited and remarked that a product had it's price hiked from £4 to £5 which I opined was quite a jump since I bought two last time. I was told by a very sour attendant "don't buy it then". I won't be going back. But I do thank them for pushing me into the professional arms of King's in Sandhurst who sold me the product at £3. 47 Result
