   Brought my car here for an MOT and it failed with a long list of advisories, including rusty springs, tyres, and a frayed seatbelt. I took it to another MOT station a few days later and it passed with only one minor advisory. The second tester said the previous report was exaggerated, calling it jobsworth behaviour, and even asked if the tyres and springs were the same as before. When I questioned the number of advisories originally, I was challenged quite aggressively and told they were just “covering themselves.” Not sure if it was overcautiousness, incompetence, or something else but I’d definitely recommend avoiding this place. I knew enough to question it, but someone else might have spent a lot of money on work that wasn’t actually needed.

   Absolutely not helpful at all. Just called to get the service history of a vehicle I just bought and the guy said I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO THROUGH THE RECORDS AND GIVE IT TO YOU. Explained to him that I have no books with the car and would like just the dates and mileage. His answer I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE AND I DONT HAVE TIME. so moral of the story is if its good customer service you are after THIS PLAC3 HAVENT HEARD OF THAT PHRASE....    Brought my car for its second service and was worried about the price but the quote was extremely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call to update me that I didn’t have to do any extra work - I am used to most other centres taking it as an opportunity to charge for extra unnecessary items. Staff are pleasant and efficient!

   I took my car here for work that needed completing to be MOT compliant. The repair was undertaken swiftly and no unecessary parts or work was added to what was agreed. More importantly, the work was carried out at a reasonable and fair price, *compared to quotes I had from other garages. The staff were polite, honest and explained all aspects of the work carried out in instrinsic detail. Extremely satisfied with this company and will definitely return again to them.

Absolutely street's ahead of my last couple of services with German main dealers and at a fraction of the price too. Lisa also runs a very friendly, competent and efficient front of house.
