   Very poor quality job. My Passat had a rear bumper repair, soon afterwards some of the parking sensors popped out - they “fixed” it, since then the same and other sensors have also popped out and the paintwork has peeled off of both sides of the new bumper, leaving me facing a hefty repair bill to repair their repair.

   MBVS have been fantastic from start to finish. They have been friendly, kept me up to date about the repair and then finished the repairs to a high standard. On the couple of occasions I called, someone answered the phone promptly and were courteous and knowledgeable about my repair. When the work was complete, they returned my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Shaun, Matt and Emma were all really helpful and accommodating in what was a stressful situation, I really felt looked after. Whilst I hope I won’t need the services of Shaun’s team again anytime soon, if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

   On the 16th sep 2023, Saturday evening at 5:10pm while my car was parked in Putney, one of the Co-op trucks driver, bumped into my car after calling my insurance and to negotiate and help me to fix my car. I wanted it to choose my own garage, so I know what they’re ordering how they are fixing my car and what part they are installing to my car. But they decide to choose miles better garage which is supposed to be in “woking”. And my car stay in working not Sandhurt. Finally they fixed it and they called me to pick up in woking after driving 25 minutes to wolking arriving there, they said my car is not in the garage, so I had to drive down 30 more minutes to sandhurt, after arriving there, I noticed on my headlight it says Hella advanced LED, which is on my passenger sides, headlight, it says BMW LED, so after arguing with them just to change the headlight to original brand that says BMW LED they refuse to help me because apparently BMW doesn’t make any more highlights that says BMW on it, but it’s fine if the headlight comes from the garage it says Hella advanced LED which is absolutely nonsense and very confusing. PLEASE PLEASE GUYS DRIVE SAFE BEFORE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE GARAGE. One star only for the hustle they put in. Please everyone who doesn’t know about cars much just make sure you get original parts nothing but original. Now I have to take it to BMW garage myself and fix it from my own pocket money since the garage, speaking in behalf of the insurance. And tell you what they can and what they cannot do for your car. Please choose your own garage not the one insurance chose for you. Not recommended

   We didn't choose Miles to repair our beloved VW van when it was rear-ended. Our insurance company did, but we were thrilled with the end result. Our van was repaired to a very high standard, and the company was easy to work with and very professional. We were updated with the progress, and promises were kept. There is no sign that there were ever any repairs. They were that good. I hope I never have to visit a body repair shop again, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Miles team to anyone looking for quality auto body repair.

   Shaun and his team here are excellent. This is about the 4th car I have taken in to Sandhurst. I find them extremely fair when pricing, very helpful exploring ways of controlling cost, and always very high quality workmanship. I took the car in this week on Monday, by Thursday morning all done and cleaned up inside and out - fantastic service I highly recommend them.

   From the time I drove onto the forecourt to them delivering my repaired car to me the support, care and advice given and the very reasonable price was excellent . My car received rear end damage from a third-party this involved the insurers and I could not have been more grateful as Shaun took over and dealt with everything. I was kept up-to-date by phone and email as to the progress of the work and when the car was returned it was clean inside and out looking as new. Thank you Shaun and the team I would not hesitate to recommend all of you at miles better Sandhurst. ,
