   Took my car in on Monday as the check engine light came on Sunday. Wasthe oxygen sensor due to low milage. Fixed and fault cleared. Only cost £15 for addative added to fuel. Brilliant.

   Went in for a service (pre booked). Staff is very friendly. Car was checked on the day. Quote was clear and staff took the time to explain each line item. For someone that doesn’t know much about cars, I always feel like garages take advantage of it, but definitely didn’t feel being taken advantage on here. Reparations were completed within 2 business days. Will come back.

   So we took our car in for a service and they tried to charge us for an MOT as well as a service. They then had a large amount of things wrong with the car and said that they would sort these today for us as we needed the car back. They then did none of the jobs required and we had to call them 20 minutes before they closed or they would have just forgotten about the job. We then took to another garage and it turned out that none of the things that they said needed doing actually was required. Total scam artists nowadays, used to be a very well run garage but will never go back ever

   Not my usual but had to book a last minute MOT and Service, and Yateley was the only local garage to have availability. I was advised that I had a nail in my Run Flat Tyre which was in no way repairable and would need replacing ASAP. I ordered and paid for a new tyre through Blackcircles, only to be told by my usual garage on fitting that the nail was in the MOST repairable position and I did not need a new tyre at all. Very disappointed at the dishonesty of Yateley MOT! A £20 Puncture Repair fixed the job, rather than a £200 Tyre they confirmed I needed!

   I have used Yateley MOT for over 5 years now and always find them helpful and very reasonably priced with friendly staff. I currently have two young children so walking down to collect the car can be a bit of an ordeal! The receptionist offered to deliver my car to our door at no extra cost to save my young boys walking down in the heatwave- very much appreciated!
