I recently bought a 2014 Vauxhall Zafira with an outstanding safety recall. My car was promptly booked into Vauxhall Eden Bracknell and the work was carried out in detail. I now have a copy of the works carried out which will be added to my maintenance and servicing records. I can't fault Eden Bracknell (i don't have a Vauxhall car) but have taken my car in for it's service & mot for the past 2 or 3 years. Highly recommend them. There are no hard sales, and they're very honest with pricing and recommendations for any repairs. Would recommend to anyone local
Arrived at Eden Vauxhall Bracknell with a suspected fuel leak. A short wait, my car was taken in for a check and confirmed split in fuel line. Car deemed to dangerous to drive and left it in workshop overnight. Parts ordered and booked in for next day's repair and collected today, all done in 24 hours. Top marks for the technicians, mechanics and front desk staff who provided an excellent service.

I have been with Eden Vauxhall for years with the annual service & MOT plan, and when my recently-purchased (from elsewhere) used Vauxhall suddenly presented some major issues, not only did Sandra patiently walk me through the list of things that needed doing, but she also looked for ways to make the whole big job as cost-effective as possible. It was all done immensely quickly as well, making the process less painful! Many thanks!
I only just found this place, although it had been there for many years. Made appointment for a Corsa recall. Estimate was 1 hour, but they finished in less than 20 minutes. I decided to stay in their waiting room enjoying free tea and free WiFi, while watching TV. Seats in the waiting room are quite comfortable. Once the car was done, they presented me a document with results of the free, but comprehensive checks they did. Brilliant idea. Will definitely take the car to this garage for the next service.
