Do not bring your car here This garage tried to con me out of getting work done that did not need doing. Firstly, they are very expensive, however, I used to use them as I trusted them. However, I took my car to this garage for an MOT. After the garage reported many faults, which I got changed, they then said my drum brakes were completely “gone”. I took it straight to another garage to get these done and then to have an MOT, as Camberley Seat garage wanted to charge me over £500 for their replacement, plus up to over £700 if the handbrake cables needed replacing. I took them to another reliable garage who went to look at the drum brakes and informed me that they did not need changing at all. I then asked a mechanic from another garage to come by for a second opinion. Again he said they did not need changing. The car then passed its MOT. I am disgusted, I will never use this garage again and advise you do not either. Untrustworthy and will be reporting this onwards. It’s especially a shame as I thought they were trustworthy. I feel very let down.

Would recommend finding a local garage. They turn easy cheap fixes into expensive jobs and the normal jobs that are done, are all very expensive. Will also find non issues to get another job out of you anywhere possible. They also charge for retests on MOTs.

The people who looked after me were very good, very fair. Getting things fixed on your car that you can’t do yourself is always painful, but they made it bearable, so far at least! :-)

I’ve been using this garage for the past four years for my MOTs and services, and until recently, I had no complaints. However, my latest visit was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A few days before my scheduled appointment, I was informed that my booking didn’t exist, forcing me to reschedule. I dropped my car off the night before, expecting the MOT to be completed the next morning. Around midday, I received a call asking if I wanted to proceed with additional work to avoid a failed MOT. I specifically requested that the MOT be done first so that we could assess what needed attention afterward. When I called at 3pm to check on the status, I was told the MOT hadn’t even been completed yet. Finally, at 4:30pm, I was informed that my car had failed the MOT due to several issues, none of which had ever been flagged before as an advisory. The mechanic rattled off a long list of repairs needed, totaling over £2,000. I felt rushed and my questions went unanswered, which was especially concerning given the amount of money involved. Unsure about the situation, I took my car to another garage for a second opinion, and my experience there was night and day. I’m disappointed that this once-reliable garage has let me down so significantly. I won’t be returning.

Friendly professional service from reception/service person. Vehicle serviced, cleaned and summary of service points covered on pick up even down to highlighting the key fob battery needed replacement. All paperwork and service record stamped up and in the vehicle. Impressed with my first visit to this particular Seat dealer

Took my 4 month old skoda to them to fix a tyre monitoring problem. Told them what the issue was and was fobbed off by being told all the pressures were wrong even though they had been set perfectly the night before....warning light still on so now being fixed properly elsewhere, just because they didn't want to do it under warranty. Won't be going back

I was helped by Wayne who talked me through trouble shooting my infotainment system. After determining I'd tried everything he could suggest, he was extremely helpful in booking a repair date and confirming that this would most likely be covered under warranty. Outstanding friendly attitude by a representative who was looking for ways to help me receive full functionality on my vehicle as soon as possible. I can only compare this with my local Skoda dealership, Marshall SKODA in Reading, who refused to even discuss if the repair would be under warranty unless I paid them an investigation fee of £198 upfront and whose communication has been woeful.
