   I recently bought a Mini Countryman from Marshall Hook and had a great experience. Mia was fantastic from start to finish, friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. I was updated updated weekly with my order progress, which made the whole process really easy and stress-free. Customer service like that is hard to come by, and it honestly made such a difference. The day of my vehicle collection Mia did everything to make the process very smooth, including showing me all the features on the car. Absolutely loving the car and would highly recommend Mia and the team at Marshall Hook.

   I would give there service department zero if I could. I booked my wife’s car in for major service Jamie the service advisor took it to decide to do mini sent and brake fluid change I did not ask for this.car was in on Tuesday did not do pre call did not send video over of car inspection. When a customer as for a full service on there car that’s what should be done. Picked up today checked oil level that over the maximum on dipstick. Then pull of garage engine warning light comes on what a bunch of cowboys for sure be warned as I think they like to Rip people off

   Alex, the Sales Exec, was brilliant from the beginning to the end. The purchase of my beautiful Aceman was easy, stress free, explained properly and in a very professional manner hence I had no issues. My brand new car was delivered earlier than anticipated, Alex regularly updated me with the progress. This is the 3rd Mini I purchased from Marshall, 2 of them being electric. On the day of collection, Alex took the time to explain every bit of tech I needed to know to enjoy my car to the fullest, staying even after hours. Thank you for all your help!

   I recently purchased a brand new Mini Countryman E from Marshall MINI Hampshire. The whole sales process from initial enquiry, test drive, purchase and final collection was handled by Mia. I could not have asked for a better customer service. I received weekly updates from Mia on the progress of my mini up to the day of collection. My new vehicle was presented to me in the MINI showroom wrapped in a cover with a gigantic bow. There was a 'big reveal' and I drove my mini out of the showroom feeling like a celebrity. Thank you Mia for making the experience so enjoyable and for all of the hard work and dedication you have shown. You are a true asset to Marshall MINI and I will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family who are looking to buy a mini in the future.

   We visited on the off chance of buying a JCW yesterday. I can honestly say the customer service was so amazing and I don't say that lightly! Mia who has passion and enthusiasm for the cars is outstanding! She knows the product too and answered all our questions. There is no pressure which I sometimes feel in other dealerships...its a relaxed professional happy environment! I spoke to Jamie in the service dept who gave me all the info I required. Thank you! Umar who was very approachable...listened and got the best deal ever! Nathan who is warm and welcoming when we first arrived and got the hot drinks for us! And finally Tom the manager who made the deal so easy. We both left the dealership feeling happy and we knew we had got the best deal ever too but with amazing customer service! Huge thank you to Mia! I truly can't recommend this dealership enough!

   I drove my MINI home last week - absolutely thrilled with the car and the outstanding service that I received from Mini, in particular Nathan Haines. I went to them on the off chance that I might be able to get a new car and luckily for me that had one that needed a new home. Nathan made the whole process clear, well explained and stress free. It was made even simpler by being able to sign everything electronically. Nathan communicated with me regularly, kept me up to speed with what was happening and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
