   Had my car up for sale and some scammers put oil in my coolant, at the time I did not know and was convinced I had a head gasket issue. Took it in to HSC who did a brilliant job of checking it out and confirmed head gasket was ok flushed clean and new coolant and all was good, BRILLIANT EFFICIENT SERVICE from these Guys many thanks.

   Had diagnostics done with Hampshire Service Centre on my car today. The team were confident, professional and ready to courteously by firmly correct my incorrect assumptions about the vehicle and the problems. The car seems to be fixed, and whilst the labour and part costs were enormous compared with five years ago the cost was about half what I was quoted by the official dealership. We'll see if it continues working, but so far, so good!

   I can’t recommend Hampshire Servicing Centre highly enough! I went in expecting a costly repair, but the team gave me honest and thoughtful advice that actually saved me money by suggesting a more practical alternative. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. To top it off, they carried out a software update for my vehicle completely free of charge—something they didn’t have to do, but went ahead with anyway. The whole experience was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

   These guys have looked after my C55 AMG Wagon for the past 2 years, and with the previous owner for the 8 years before. Always been very happy, especially as I've had some big bills which I've always been able to talk through with them and work out the best way to approach the issues. I had a persistent oil leak that they took the time to investigate and work out that it was residual oil from a previous rocker cover issue. They took the time to remove the oil that had got trapped in a particularly difficult part of the engine bay and it stopped straight away. Nice to know that they don't do work unless it's absolutely necessary. Hire car always available and always friendly service. Would happily reccomended these guys for classic and modern Mercedes, especially AMG.

   Great staff and service. I was concerned about coming here at first as no one recommended this place to me but after reading the reviews I felt comfortable and can say that I made the right choice. Better than Mercedes retailer in my town, much more personal and friendly service here. They really care about your car and fix/service it in the best way. Second time here and I definitely recommend.

   Over the course of years, HSC has helped me several times when the official dealerships tried to charge me the price of Earth. The guys are super helpful. Booked me with a reasonable wait time, did the job with great quality and on time, provided me with a loaner car, and were transparent about the works price. Will use again.
