Price was quoted £905 pounds only given £311. not a good place to sell your car. I believe easy to sell over thousand on Auto trader. Very poor service. Not very happy with it. stay away from this company

Great experience, get less than doing it private but no hassle or tyre kickers.. Didn’t even go into thee office, was a lovely day and did it all outside. Took about 20 mins and 4 days for cash to arrive in bank account.. nice one ☝️
What a great service. I was extremely sceptical going down to sell a car at WBAC at Thames Valley Park, bit it was a great experience. I was put at ease by a very pleasant and polite agent who checked the car over inside and out, asked a few questions, checked the paperwork and gave me my price. All done and dusted in 15 minutes. I expected to get knocked on the email estimate I was sent, to find, it was fairer than I thought. There is a management fee, but I still sold for what I wanted for the car with this included. Could recommend highly enough.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at We Buy Any Car, Reading branch. They offered me around 30% of the final amount I received by selling the car privately on AutoTrader – a huge difference and frankly insulting for a vehicle in good condition. To make matters worse, I received two fixed charge penalty notices from the car park management company just for attending the valuation appointment. At no point was I informed that I needed to register my vehicle for parking, and there were no visible signs or guidance provided at the time. Overall, the process felt like a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend using this service — especially when better and fairer options are available elsewhere.
Didn’t any problem selling. Dale was nice to deal with. Only thing if u want to get paid quickly, you have to pay £29 and you will get money in the bank within 15 mins to 2 hours. I got mine in 20 mins. Happy with the process.

Really impressed. Expected the initial quote to be lower, but was in line with similar cars being sold privately. Then expected loads of challenges to condition in order to beat price down, but assessment was fair. Colleague (Asher) was great - professional, friendly, thorough - and was all finished very quickly. Nothing but good things to say!
One of the smoothest experiences of selling a car. Checks of the car completed, documents checked slightly lower price than first quoted, but you can’t include stone chips. Sell your car to them. Out of all the offers I received, including a main dealer offer. They were higher than all of them. I was skeptical at first, but the way in which it was handled. Put me at ease, no pressure selling either which is a major bonus. Thanks again for such an easy transaction.
Excellent service, polite and helpful assessor at inspection. Assessment carried out professionally as confirmed car was as described with no damage. Prompt processing of payment. Overall I was happy with the service. The reason I was not happy to give 5 stars was due to the value being decreased by approx £800 due to market conditions and not down to any damage that was not declared. I think this needs to be made clear in the paperwork and on the website as I could not find it stated anywhere. In summary a reasonable price, prompt payment, hence happy customer. Thanks.
