Dave and his team helped me out when I got a puncture when travelling for work. Got me a mid range tyre on straight away, with a good price. The garage has a comfy waiting area with a TV and complimentary hot and cold drinks.
While working in reading I bought a car. Before driving it home to Plymouth I wanted to get the car fully serviced and checked before a long journey. The gent at the desk was extremely helpful from the point of arranging to get it in and to picking it up. Filling me with confidence of the work that was going to be carried out and the other checks that I asked to be completed for piece of mind. Items that couldn't be done at the time due to the short window i had before traveling home, he explained why and how I could even fix the problem myself. Overall extremely happy with the full service provided on my car (508). At an excellent price too. Cheapest in the area.
Needed to find a garage at short notice which I felt I would be able to trust my car too. Dropped off car and Dave who greeted the customers was only too happy to help. Garage is modern, there is parking outside and waiting area inside. Very friendly, helpful garage, would recommend.
Fantastic experiences with this garage! My car failed its MOT quite badly this week. Within 18 hours they had fixed, retested and passed the MOT. So happy to have such a quick turnaround in the run up to Christmas! And they kept the cost down as much as possible, which is greatly appreciated. First time coming to this garage so didn't know what to expect. I came in at 8am to drop off my car for MOT and despite their schedule, they were finished by ~10:20am. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back for future maintenance
After calling various places for a change of four tyres I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave. After five minutes I was provided with a very reasonable quote and could have the work done the very next day! Customer Service was top, work was done efficiently and price was within my budget. Fantastic all round!
Had a great experience with these guys recently. Booked in last minute for an MOT the following day. Was contacted by the garage in the morning to apologise and say there was an issue with their online booking system and they were actually fully booked. However, told me if I brought my car in they would fit it in between customers. I had to be at work so I drove to the garage, picked up a member of the team and drove back to my place of work with him. He then took my car and sorted the MOT. They then drove my car back to me at work. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would recommend to everyone especially as their prices are so reasonable!
Good lads down at Quick Lane changed over a set of tyres for me to the pressures I desired. Nice knowledgeable guys and really nice premises. For people looking for somewhere to change tyres worried about not getting your wheels damaged. You should be more than fine here and at a great price.
