   I recently used Calcot Cars to carry out work on my car due to the engine light coming on. Their advise was great and provided full transparency on the work required. They have definitely won my custom for future work on the car. Couldn't recommend higher. The lady that works on reception (apologies, i can't recall her name) is extremely helpful and very informative.

   Ian and the team look after all the servicing and repairs on my E Class Coupe Really great service, everything that needs to be done is clearly explained before the work is done. They only use genuine Mercedes parts and the labour costs are much cheaper than a main dealer. If you are looking for a down to earth, honest and professional service/repair centre to look after your pride and joy then give Calcit Cars a try, you won’t be disappointed. AB

   Brilliant service provided by Calcot Cars. Ian explained the pricing structure. After delivering the car Gemma went through the issues we were experiencing in detail. Both were excellent. Car was returned without issues and the cost was fully detailed. Would totally recommend.

   My best friend recommended that I take my car to Calcot Cars because they are Mercedes specialists. I do not live locally but I was having trouble finding a garage that could diagnose the issues I was having. I am so thankful that I took my car here. All the staff l spoke to are really friendly, honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They sorted my car very quickly and even offered to loan me a car. The service I received was much better than the Mercedes dealership I have previously used. Even though I do not live locally, I will always take my car here. They have also completed my MOT. Their prices are very reasonable. I would like to thank James Ian and Gemma for all their help and patience!

   Used these guys today for the first time, absolutely amazing service!.called on the off chance to get an air con pressure sensor fitted ASAP as I had a funeral to attend. Within 3 hours the car was fixed from the 1st call!now that is what I call service. Gemma and the team were brilliant and I think this is the only Mercedes garage i will be taking my c63 to. Also provided me with a courtesy car which was much appreciated. Thanks guys.
