   I have used Bracknell MOT Centre on two different occasions this year for a service and MOT of my Mercedes, on both occasions I have found them friendly and knowledgeable.

   Not advised. Sadly, as initially they came across amazing, genuine and attentive. This is not direct blame but this garage has a part to play. Took in for mot and service… made clear my car was making a noise, they said nothing to worry about. Continued to mention sound. Popped in, numerous phone calls… 1 month later timing chain failure. Said they’d quote me, didn’t get back to me. Why was I not advised on my timing chain during service? Why was I told I was being dramatic about my cars noise. Yes you can’t see inside an engine but you can make a calculated, trained and experienced judgement or possibly book me in?. Effectively this proves they lack care for customers cars. Finding a garage that listens, cares and puts customers first isn’t easy evidentially.

   We had sold a car to a customer local to Bracknell MOT centre (3 hour drive from us) Gary was fantastic start to finish and kept us updated along the way. We deal with alot of mechanical garages and must say they were fantastic and sorted the problem very quickly. Highly recommended.

   They have now done a few repair and servicing jobs for me and I highly recommend Nigel and his team. Did a great job on some issues with my old Peugeot and also now with the BMW. I like how I can ask and they will explain it. Talk to them. Very approachable. Was searching for a great service centre for some time and I have now found it.

   Nigel is a top guy. Professional, able to accommodate my MOT request on short notice and highly knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to support a genuine local business. He is also a Mercedes specialist (15+ years) and knows Vauxhalls exceptionally well.
