   Yesterday, I took my Range Rover Evoque to MS Autos and was very pleased with the service provided. I handed the car over at 2:00 PM, and it was ready by the evening around 7.00 PM both convenient and impressively efficient. My only small recommendation would be to maintain patience when customers ask questions, as courtesy greatly enhances the overall experience. That said, the team successfully resolved an issue that five other garages, including Halfords at long barn lane, were unable to fix. Excellent work and highly recommended.

   I took my VW Polo to Maiwand after several garages couldn’t sort out an intermittent engine light. He found the problem, was very thorough and kept us updated with clear and honest communication throughout. Brilliant service and I would happily recommend him. I will definitely go back for any future work.

   Avoid!! Unknowledgeable staff not bothering to fully check the issue with my vehicle that is failing MOT emissions check. Misdiagnosed as cat converter issue which cost me £1000+ to get replaced for no reason, as it did not solve anything! Always redirecting me to other garages without any explanation as to why my time has been wasted. Not to mention it is an absolute nightmare getting in and out of the place with only one lane filled with parked cars. Do not waste your time and money with these people

   I got all warning light on when i switch on my civic. Honda dealer gave me long waiting time and Halford only did diagnostic but did not fix the issue. With 2 visit with ms Auto. They fix my car. Happy with their service

   Used these guys twice now, dropped in last week and and asked could you mot my car and carryout a service, they done all of the work straight away two hours later I had a call, the car was ready for collection. Price and service was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

   My fuel cap door gave up and contacted my dealer who was extremely useless with giving guidance. Took car to a nearby garage as advised by the warranty people but was advised the problem is internal, too hard for them to fix and I was advised to take my car to Audi, who gave me a booking for the next two weeks just for diagnostics. As I couldn’t wait that long having a broken fuel cap and I needed my car for my commute to work and out of desperation earlier, tried some alternatives and found this garage in Google with very good reviews. As they have outstanding feedback from users, I did not hesitate to contact and was booked on the same hour. They immediately found the issue with my fuel cap door and luckily, the solenoid part is available too, so it was a 15-minute job and managed to sort out the problem that other bigger and reputable garage would have taken weeks to figure out and charging me humongous amount of money. The cost of part and service is reasonable, considering the same day-same hour service I received earlier. Thank you MS Autos, definitely know now where to take my car if I have issues.

   Took my VW Golf bluemotion DSG, had a gearbox problem, soon as I took to MS autos, he immediately knew what the problem was and gave me a reasonable good price, compared to these other garages they would take couple days to find the problem. the main mechanic is one of the few very best certified mechanics in Reading, the service is top-notch, MS autos is not just any random Garage that you would find down your road,once you go there you will get the vibes of like going to these big dealership Garages.

   do not take vehicle here. cowboys. I had broken and twisted fuel lines, cheap knock off parts (when I was told I was getting INA parts), the vehicles timing was completely out, and had a completely worn fuel pump bucket that should’ve been replaced with the cam chain. Luckily I took my car into another genuine specialist, otherwise the above issues would’ve caused my engine to fail. MS autos obviously thought that as these parts were internal I would never see them, and that as a customer I had no idea of the "specialist" requirements of my vehicle. all in all, I paid specialist prices for a service that was amateur at best. If you look at their reviews on google you’ll notice they are all fake or manipulated. The bad reviews have the most likes and the good reviews have no likes. Vehicle took a week when it was supposed to take a day. Communication was the only decent thing about this place. edit: to reply to response from owner, there is one MS autos in reading, how could I be mistaken? vehicle was collected 1st October 2021.

   I don't usually leave reviews, but when I pulled up to MS Autos I thought "here we go again" another dodgy garage. however, they found and fixed my suspension issues, had it done in a reasonable time frame and kept me up to date with costs before carrying out extra work. Admittingly, they are a little expensive, but the job was done to a great standard so I'm not even gunna question it. My only bad point would be, that after the work was done, my alignment was way off and they didn't suggest a re alignment service after. But I can use another garage. All in all so happy I've got a working van again!!!
