   First time using Grosvenor, Dealt with barry and Ashley and they managed to diagnose my issue on my e92 330i straight away and gave me the reasons behind it as well. Now most garages would give a you quote and say this is how much it is however Barry went out of his way to find alternatives ways to fix this car as the original fix would have been expensive (due to the age of the car). Will definitely use Grosvenor as they guys know what they are talking about and great service.

   Took my car for a service recently. I came out with a list of 5/6 items that needed urgent attention one of which is a tyre, windscreen wash filter and new tyre which is fine. I asked them to itemise the bill with costs etc to complete the work which I have not had. I took the car to an independent mechanic to get a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with my suspension. I can’t help but think they seen me as a woman who doesn’t know about cars to just say yes to the work, so glad I didn’t. I won’t be back, I have lost all trust. I took the car to an independent mechanic for a second opinion as it said the suspension was on the way out.

   My car BMW F10 petrol n20b20,I contacted this service for the first time because I ended up in another country with my car and I didn't know where to go for decent help, it was not for nothing that I drove 80 km to them. I contacted them with a request to replace the turbine cooling pipes (I found an antifreeze leak) and I was not mistaken, the work was done perfectly, my car and I are happy.    First time using Grosvenor and would definitely recommend n use them again. They oozed with professionalism from the front desk to the work shop. Car was in the day I called and seen to the next. Turned out to be a big job and if I had gone else where such as BMW my car would of been written off but Grosvenor had a solution that saved my car.    Gave my car for a major servicing with Grosvenor BMW Reading for 1st time since I have owned it for 4 years. Barry from Grosvenor was very helpful finding me a slot very quickly. Once I arrived, Barry inspected the car with me and explained the entire process in detail. He stated they will contact me throughout the day showing what are their findings. I have had my car serviced from different BMW company garages in past but my personal experience with Grosvenor was much better than others I have been too. I would any day recommend them over other garages in Berkshire. A special mention to Barry for handling the entire process very smoothly. Will recommend all the family and friends.

   Absolutely highly recommend, I have used this Garage recently and can honestly say they are so professional and helpful, nothing is a problem and priced very competitively. They do not find problems and do work unless it’s required. They even sorted me a hire car with no fuss and didn’t even charge me for investigating an issue with my X3. You Feel like your totally looked after, I won’t go anywhere else now.

Besides, when collecting the car, I was pleased to discover that it was given a nice cleanup for free, even though it was quite dirty after a long time without a wash!
