   I had a very poor experience at this garage. I booked my car in for an MOT and oil service, but was told it failed due to a faulty light switch. On inspection, it was clear the switch had been damaged while in their care — it no longer worked, and the switch panel had been pushed back into the dashboard. When I explained the switch was fully operational before dropping my car off, the staff member became argumentative rather than addressing the issue. It was obvious the damage had been caused by the technician. In the end, I had to pay for repairs myself just to get the MOT passed so I could legally drive my car. Completely unprofessional service and very frustrating. I will never use this garage again and strongly recommend others avoid it.

   Excellent service from IN'n'OUT Autocentres, as usual! They fitted the best Michelin Pilot Sport 4S N0 tyres to my Porsche Cayman, with full wheel balancing and laser tracking. They discovered and rectified the alignment was previously very bad, causing excess wear. The technician let me see everything they were doing, and even let me polish my brake callipers, although I don't think they allow that for everyone. The car is driving like an absolute dream. Thank you team.

   As a first time customer I was very impressed with IN'n'Out - Bracknell. The premises inside and out were very clean and safe. The staff were very professional, well groomed, well mannered, well/decently spoken and hard working. The work which was required on my car was explained to me clearly, appointments scheduled asap and time-scale of work was completed in in half the quoted time. The price was very fair whilst still being cheaper than comparing "street mechanic garages" . Simon was very customer focussed and engaged with customers establishing communication and trust...he and his team are a great asset to this company and I hope they are *rewarded by the powers above for going above the normal realm to offer customer satisfaction. I will definately be using this company again, thank you greatly for a perfect service.

   I discovered in and out shortly after buying my latest car in 2021. A 2005 Sharan that came with its own share of difficulties. In and Out have been fantastic over the last two years in getting it through its MOT and a few other issues. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the workshop feels well looked after and gives you confidence that your car is well looked after too.
