   Monkey burger and chips was incredible. Pretty standard ingredients but every one was done superbly. Veggies fresh, patty just crispy and caramalised on the outside while dripping with moisture and flavour. Buns just nicely toasted. Just the right amount of sauce. Made me realise that pretty much every burger I have had up to now could have been so much better if only they had been cooked properly. It's not the ingredients, it's the way they are prepared. Chips cooked to perfection too. I was the only customer at the time (between lunch and dinner on a Sunday) so expected service to be good; it was.

   Rose, Edy, Jonny and Manu are honestly the best bartenders I've ever met. The priced are great, the service is unbeatable and the atmosphere is perfect. I cannot stress how great the staff are, so friendly, always coming to the table, asking for more rounds, bringing drinks over, perfect! That aside you have some of the best food (recommend the mussel and prawn pasta), great TV (show sports but doesn't have a rowdy sports bar environment) and is always clean, looked after and loved. There is a reason we changed our local from the hope and bear to here!

   Such a lovely place in an area which was crying out for a bar like this. The atmosphere was a really nice mix of relaxed and pub-like, yet with screens to watch sport, but still brilliant for groups of people looking for food or not interested in sport at all. The really friendly bar staff and owner, make the atmosphere welcoming for anyone, whether they are families or students. It's very simple, just smile and laugh and you have yourself a good bar

   Tasty juicy burger, well constructed good pickles there, always had good coffee here. But trying their mnky burger for takeaway great concertina packaging doubling up as your plate. Great staff like Kas there. Next try sit down meal.
