“We did a eat walk food tours in Glasgow and this was one of our first stops. It was in Central Station. It was a perfect spot. The Steak Frites was cooked perfectly — juicy and full of flavor — while the crispy fries were spot on. We paired it with the famous Scottish Irn-Bru, adding a fun local twist. Great food, great service, and a great vibe! Highly recommend”

“1st visit to anchorline for a special occasion. Nice setting , staff were excellent. Decent range on the menu. Soup was superb as were the main courses. Prices in keeping with a posh city centre venue. £130 for 2 people with 2 courses and a couple of drinks”

“Visited here for breakfast the food was very tasty and fresh, there was very little wait time as well. I found the self scan QR code very easy to use. The staff were warm and friendly as well especially Jaden, Rachel, Andre, Kali, Kelsey, Deborah, Campbell, Cameron and Udeni they were very attentive to everyone in the restaurant.”

“Great afternoon in the Southside. Fabulous service, great food and wonderful cocktails. Lovely atmosphere and with music at a level you could still have a conversation with. Will be back to check out their live band evenings. Greek salad and Mango chicken with coconut rice.”

“Pints of different kinds are reduced to £2.95 a pint, including Fosters. Friendly bar, staff and locals and it's neutral which is a plus. Jukebox got me 10 songs for two quid. Pool table for 50p a game. What more could you want?”

“I have never had such good food. The special nights where there is themed food is an absolute joy. The chefs care so much about what they are creating, and you see it on the plate. They accommodate one of my children who is a picky eater, and make her a special dinner not on the menu. And to top it off, its not even that expensive. The bar staff are so friendly. I couldn't praise this pub and staff more. If i was to guess, i think ive ate here about 10 times in the last 6 months, and i can't wait to go back.”

“We used the downstairs event space of The Bungo (The Bungo-lo) for our Pride Musical Theatre event and it was fantastic. The staff were so quick to respond to questions before the event, helped work with us to make the space work for us during set up, and were great with all of our attendees for the event. “We dropped in here mid-week. First time here, and we were looking for a light early dinner. We chose upstairs. Various deals were on ..lots of choice. I'd a lovely chicken salad starter; my wife had the buttermilk chicken dippers. Both dishes were delicious! Then for mains, I'd the Katsu Chicken Curry and the boss chose fish and chips. Well, the fish was the tastiest she'd had in a while - so tasty she actually finished it all despite it being a large portion! My dish was perfect too Too full for dessert, we'd a coffee and a tea. We both had soda water and lime. The bill came to just £37 ! Couldn't believe just how good value it was! The food is lovely; the service friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere just spot on Toilets lovely and clean. Well done to all the staff who really make this place stand out”

“Popped in on a drizzly Wednesday evening with a friend. Atmosphere was casual but engaging, service was efficient and friendly and guinness was top tier. Special shout out to Deni who managed to balance giving us the chat and serving a horde of young Freshers with ease. Would and will recommend.”
